【摘要】：1915—1956年,北京市的會(huì)館經(jīng)民國(guó)政府和新中國(guó)政府的持續(xù)整頓,傳統(tǒng)的功能有的消失,有的延續(xù)下來(lái),同時(shí)增益了部分新功能,政府的干預(yù)呈現(xiàn)出日益加強(qiáng)的趨向,這與近代社會(huì)變遷新形勢(shì)、科舉的被廢除、政治中心的遷移等因素密切相關(guān)。由于會(huì)館的廢弛導(dǎo)致了館舍的傾圮,內(nèi)部滋生腐敗、貪瀆等現(xiàn)象,國(guó)民政府和新中國(guó)政府均積極、靈活、穩(wěn)妥地推行了一系列措施,最后實(shí)現(xiàn)了會(huì)館財(cái)產(chǎn)向"人民轉(zhuǎn)移"的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In 1915-1956, the hall in Beijing was continuously rectified by the government of the Republic of China and the Government of New China. Some of the traditional functions disappeared, some continued, and at the same time, some of the new functions were gained, and the intervention of the government showed an increasing trend. This is closely related to the new situation of social change in modern times, the abolition of imperial examination, the transfer of political center and so on.
