【摘要】： 新中國(guó)成立后，甘孜藏區(qū)成立了我國(guó)第一個(gè)專區(qū)級(jí)少數(shù)民族自治區(qū)域。這里地域廣闊，經(jīng)濟(jì)落后，社會(huì)封閉，土司割據(jù)。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨和政府決定采取和平協(xié)商的方式對(duì)它實(shí)行社會(huì)主義民主改革。通過深入的調(diào)查研究和充分準(zhǔn)備，從1956年初開始，采取了團(tuán)結(jié)上層人物，保護(hù)宗教信仰，區(qū)別對(duì)待地主、土司、頭人和宗教上層，保護(hù)工商業(yè)，促進(jìn)農(nóng)牧業(yè)發(fā)展的政策，完成了民主改革。通過改革，，廢除了封建農(nóng)奴制度和高利貸債務(wù)，解放了農(nóng)奴，建立了新的基層政權(quán)，平息了叛亂，實(shí)現(xiàn)了全區(qū)的政治穩(wěn)定，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、民族團(tuán)結(jié)，社會(huì)進(jìn)步。研究這一重大歷史事件，不僅具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值，而且對(duì)這一地區(qū)的發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Garze Tibetan region established the first autonomous region of ethnic minorities. Here a vast area, economic backwardness, social closure, the division of toast. The CPC and the government decided to carry out socialist democratic reform through peaceful consultation. Through in-depth investigation and study and adequate preparation, since the beginning of 1956, the policy of uniting the upper class, protecting religious beliefs, discriminating between landlords, toast, chiefs and religious upper echelons, protecting industry and commerce and promoting the development of agriculture and animal husbandry has been adopted. The democratic reform was completed. Through reform, the feudal serfdom and usury debts were abolished, the serfs were liberated, a new grass-roots regime was established, the rebellion was quelled, and political stability, economic development, national unity and social progress were realized in the whole region. The study of this important historical event is not only of great academic value, but also of practical significance to the development of this region.
