上海商業(yè)儲蓄銀行研究（1915-1937）

【摘要】：上海商業(yè)儲蓄銀行(簡稱上海銀行)是中國近代商業(yè)銀行中的奇跡，其起點資本微小，但是在經(jīng)營中注意穩(wěn)健推進，并開展多樣化經(jīng)營，很快在建行初期就實現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展，以往學術(shù)界與相關(guān)方面對其不無興趣，但到目前還沒有較高學術(shù)價值的著作，本文主要選取從建行到抗日戰(zhàn)爭全面爆發(fā)前(1915—1937)的上海銀行作為研究對象，通過縱向梳理其發(fā)展脈絡(luò)和對其主要經(jīng)營活動進行專題考察的方式進行研究，以揭示其經(jīng)營活動特色。通過研究我發(fā)現(xiàn)上海銀行經(jīng)營活動有如下特點： 第一、上海銀行建行22年實現(xiàn)了資本和業(yè)務(wù)的飛速增長，與同時期其他商業(yè)銀行相比，其發(fā)展速度比較快，業(yè)務(wù)呈現(xiàn)多元化，經(jīng)營穩(wěn)健，雖然也不無危機，但有驚無險，是一個富有理想的商業(yè)銀行。 第二、通過對主要業(yè)務(wù)進行個案考察，揭示上海銀行經(jīng)營中特別注意服務(wù)社會、輔助工商，以細致周到的服務(wù)逐漸取得社會的信任。 第三、上海銀行與政府關(guān)系并不密切，雖然處于當時的社會背景之下，在戰(zhàn)前10年它不可能脫離政府的影響，而且其領(lǐng)導層為銀行順利開展經(jīng)營也試圖適當接近政府，但是總體而言，上海銀行的“押寶”行動并不成功，與政府的密切接觸并不能給上海銀行帶來可靠的商業(yè)利益，相反還可能給上海銀行的正常經(jīng)營帶來風險，所以在經(jīng)營中上海銀行與政府保持了相當距離。 中國近代部分銀行發(fā)展與政府財政有密切關(guān)系，，但是上海銀行基本上是以商業(yè)化經(jīng)營取勝的。
[Abstract]:The Shanghai Commercial savings Bank (Shanghai Bank) is a miracle in China's modern commercial banks. Its starting capital is small, but it pays attention to the steady progress in its operation, and carries out diversified operations, and quickly realizes rapid development in the early days of CCB. In the past, academic circles and related parties were not interested in it, but so far there are no works of high academic value. This paper mainly selects Shanghai Bank, which was from CCB to the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan (1915-1937), as the research object. In order to reveal the characteristics of its business activities, this paper makes a study on its development context and special investigation on its main business activities. Through my research, I found that the management activities of Shanghai Bank have the following characteristics: first, Shanghai Construction Bank has achieved rapid growth of capital and business in 22 years, compared with other commercial banks in the same period. Its development speed is relatively fast, the business presents diversification, the management is steady, although not without crisis, but there is no danger, is an ideal commercial bank. Secondly, through the case study of the main business, it is revealed that the Shanghai Bank pays special attention to serving the society, assisting industry and commerce, and gradually gaining the trust of the society with meticulous and considerate service. Third, the Bank of Shanghai is not closely related to the government, although in the social context of the time, it could not be divorced from the influence of the government in the 10 years before the war, and its leadership tried to get close to the government properly for the smooth operation of the bank. But in general, the "bet" of the Shanghai Bank was not successful, and close contact with the government could not bring reliable commercial benefits to the Shanghai Bank. On the contrary, it may also bring risks to the normal operation of the Shanghai Bank. So in the operation of the Shanghai Bank and the government maintained a considerable distance. The development of some banks in modern China is closely related to the government finance, but the Bank of Shanghai has basically won by commercial operation.
