論元明清時(shí)期青藏地區(qū)基層政治建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)

【摘要】：元明清時(shí)期,青藏地區(qū)基層政治建設(shè)圍繞軍事戍防和政治管控兩個(gè)維度展開,構(gòu)建土流參治格局,實(shí)行衛(wèi)所和土司、僧職和土司結(jié)合統(tǒng)治雙軌制,取得了積極的成效。基層政治建設(shè)旨在維護(hù)中央政府在青藏地區(qū)的統(tǒng)治權(quán)威,穩(wěn)定地方社會(huì)秩序。
[Abstract]:During the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, the basic political construction of Qinghai-Xizang region was carried out around the two dimensions of military garrison and political control, and the construction of the pattern of soil flow and administration, the implementation of the dual-track system of the combination of the Wei Institute and the Tusi, the combination of the monk's office and the Tusi, achieved positive results. Grassroots political construction aims to maintain the central government's ruling authority in the Qinghai-Tibet region and to stabilize local social order.
