【摘要】：城市區(qū)志相對(duì)于縣(市)志有其自身的特點(diǎn),特別是老城區(qū),長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)作為一個(gè)區(qū)域的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化中心,對(duì)周邊地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展起著重要的引領(lǐng)和輻射作用;同時(shí),自身也積累了豐厚的文化底蘊(yùn),形成了獨(dú)特的城市文化。如何突出城區(qū)文化特色,是第二輪城市區(qū)志提高質(zhì)量、彰顯特色、拓展深度的重要一環(huán)。山東已出版的城市區(qū)志的總體優(yōu)點(diǎn)有:時(shí)代特色和地方特色突出;與首輪志書銜接較好,記載靜態(tài)事物有新思路;對(duì)非區(qū)屬事物的記述處理較恰當(dāng);體例嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),體裁運(yùn)用得當(dāng);裝幀有特色,圖文并茂等。存在的問(wèn)題有:記述深度有待加強(qiáng);資料的完整性和系統(tǒng)性有待加強(qiáng);個(gè)別篇章表格使用不夠充分。為此,在篇目設(shè)計(jì)上要強(qiáng)化地方特色和時(shí)代特色;在區(qū)屬與非區(qū)屬問(wèn)題上要放眼全局,具有駕馭全區(qū)的意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Compared with county (city) records, urban district records have their own characteristics, especially the old urban areas, as a political, economic and cultural center of a region for a long time, which plays an important role in guiding and radiating the economic and cultural development of the surrounding areas. At the same time, it also accumulated rich cultural heritage, forming a unique urban culture. How to highlight the cultural characteristics of the urban area is an important part of the second round of urban records to improve the quality, highlight the characteristics and expand the depth. The overall advantages of Shandong's published urban district records are as follows: prominent features of the times and local features; better connection with the first chronicle, with new ideas for recording static things; proper description of non-district related things; rigorous style and proper use of genre; Binding features, picture and text, and so on. The existing problems include: the depth of description needs to be strengthened; the completeness and systematization of the data need to be strengthened; and the use of individual text tables is insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the local characteristics and the characteristics of the times in the design of the titles, to look at the overall situation and to have the consciousness of controlling the whole area on the issue of regional and non-district belonging.
