【摘要】：吐蕃統(tǒng)治敦煌時(shí)期設(shè)有大監(jiān)軍使,簡(jiǎn)稱監(jiān)使,又稱為節(jié)兒監(jiān)軍,藏文寫做khri spyan或rtse rjespyan,即萬戶悉編或節(jié)兒監(jiān)軍,也可簡(jiǎn)稱為節(jié)兒,是僅次于敦煌乞利本(khri dpon,萬戶長)的當(dāng)?shù)氐诙?hào)軍政長官,主管軍事、司法、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)等事務(wù)。另外,吐蕃在敦煌還先后設(shè)置了漢人部落監(jiān)軍、漢人監(jiān)軍(rgyavi spyan,亦譯為唐人觀察使)等官員,地位在大監(jiān)軍使之下。在吐蕃統(tǒng)治下的河隴、西域及其他地區(qū)也設(shè)有悉編(spyan)一職,為吐蕃在該地區(qū)的重要職官。這一職官對(duì)后來河西歸義軍政權(quán)的職官制度也產(chǎn)生了一定影響。
[Abstract]:During the reign of Tubo, there was a great army of supervisors, also known as the Jieer Jianjun, which was written in Tibetan as khri spyan or rtse rjespyan, that is, ten thousand households, editing, or festival children, also known as Jieer, which is second only to the Dunhuang Qili Ben (khri dpon,. The second local military and political chief, in charge of military, judicial, agricultural production and other affairs. In addition, Tubo also set up the Han tribal military in Dunhuang successively, and the (rgyavi spyan, of the Han people's military also translated into the Tang Dynasty observation envoy, and other officials, who were under the rank of the Great Jianjun. He long under Tubo rule, Western regions and other regions also have the post of editor of (spyan), Tubo in this area important official. This official also had a certain influence on the official system of the later Rebellion regime in Hexi.
