【摘要】：正方志又稱地方志、志書、志,是記述某一地方古今各個方面或某一方面情況的資料性文獻。記述各個方面情況的為總志,記述某一方面情況的為專志。方志概念誕生于周,方志的雛形地記、地志萌芽于秦漢,郡書起于漢晉,圖經(jīng)演變于隋唐,方志定型于兩宋,盛行于元明清,空前發(fā)展到當代,已歷經(jīng)三千余年歷史。方志概念最早見于《周禮》。"方"同"邦",在商代、周初是對周圍少數(shù)部族的稱呼,如當時將西北方少數(shù)民族稱"鬼方"。中國古代國家最初形態(tài)是部族式邦國和小國寡民式的方國。西周成王周公旦攝政時封邦建立71個方國,總結(jié)夏殷的統(tǒng)治經(jīng)驗,制作典章禮樂各種制度,匯編成《周官》,漢代古文經(jīng)學(xué)家將其改名《周禮》。
[Abstract]:Local chronicles are also called local chronicles, is a place to describe the ancient and modern aspects or aspects of the information. A general record of each aspect of a situation, and a special record of a particular aspect of a situation. The concept of local chronicles was born in Zhou Dynasty, the embryonic form of local chronicles was recorded in the Qin and Han dynasties, the county books began in the Han and Jin dynasties, the pictorial classics evolved in the Sui and Tang dynasties, the local chronicles were finalized in the two Song dynasties, prevailing in the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, the unprecedented development to the contemporary, has experienced more than 3000 years of history. The concept of "Fang" was first found in "Zhou Li". "Fang" was the same as "state". In the Shang Dynasty, the early Zhou Dynasty was the name of the surrounding minority tribes, such as the "ghost side" of the northwest minority nationality at that time. The initial form of ancient China was a tribal state and a small country with an oligarchy. During the Regency of Zhou Gongdan of the Western Zhou Dynasty, 71 states were established, summing up Xia Yin's ruling experience, producing various rules and regulations of etiquette and music, and compiling them into "Zhou Guan", which was renamed "Zhou Li" by ancient scholars in the Han Dynasty.
