【摘要】：正方志是一地之"百科全書(shū)",治理區(qū)域之"智庫(kù)",故有曰:治天下者,以史為鑒;治郡國(guó)者,以志為鑒,價(jià)值重要,意義特別。有清一代,中央政府經(jīng)營(yíng)西藏地區(qū)的力度增強(qiáng):平息準(zhǔn)噶爾部的入藏騷亂,設(shè)立駐藏大臣監(jiān)督管理,反擊廓爾喀人的入侵,頒布《欽定二十九條》,確定金瓶掣簽制,規(guī)范達(dá)賴、班禪轉(zhuǎn)世,等等。與之相隨的是,專記西藏地區(qū)各志書(shū)也持續(xù)出現(xiàn),表現(xiàn)沿革政事,記敘輿地山川、道路里程,反映風(fēng)土民俗、物產(chǎn)商貿(mào),匯錄詩(shī)詞歌賦。因此,欲深入認(rèn)識(shí)清代
[Abstract]:Zhengfang Chronicles is an "encyclopedia" of a place, "think tank" of governing the region, so there is a saying: governing the world, taking history as a mirror; governing the county country, taking the record as a mirror, the value is important and the significance is special. In the Qing Dynasty, the central government strengthened its management of the Tibet region: to quell the turmoil in Tibet in the Junggar Ministry, to establish a minister stationed in Tibet to supervise and manage, to counter the invasion of the Gurkhas, to promulgate the "29 articles of the Imperial order", and to determine the signing of the gold bottle lot. To regulate the Dalai Lama, the reincarnation of the Panchen Lama, and so on. Along with it, the chronicles of Tibet also continued to appear, showing the evolution of political affairs, describing the mountains and rivers, road mileage, reflecting customs, products, commerce, poetry and poetry. Therefore, we want to know more about the Qing Dynasty.
