【摘要】：計算機的出現(xiàn)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的廣泛運用,改變了人們儲存資料和傳播資料的方式,改變了人們獲取信息和閱讀文本的方式,人們的閱讀習慣發(fā)生了很大改變,地方志產(chǎn)生和存在的社會環(huán)境發(fā)生了根本性變化。在網(wǎng)絡時代,地方志書的數(shù)字化和網(wǎng)絡化,更多只是一種文本載體和信息技術(shù)。在關注志書的載體和傳播形式之外,更要關注志書的內(nèi)容本身。紙質(zhì)志書面臨著電子書籍的挑戰(zhàn),但仍具有長期存在的合理性。地方志應揚長避短,重在考慮做別人不可取代的事情。要提高網(wǎng)絡時代地方志書的價值,要在史實和數(shù)據(jù)上,保證權(quán)威性;在資料取舍上,反映典型性;在內(nèi)容和形式上,添加獨有性;在讀者定位上,凸顯學術(shù)性。
[Abstract]:The emergence of computers and the wide use of the Internet have changed the way people store and disseminate information, the way people get information and read text, and the great changes in people's reading habits. The social environment in which local chronicles came into being and existed has undergone fundamental changes. In the network age, the digitization and networking of local chronicles are more than a kind of text carrier and information technology. Besides the carrier and the form of dissemination, we should pay more attention to the content of the chronicle itself. Paper books face the challenge of e-books, but they still have long-term rationality. Local chronicles should take advantage of their strengths and avoid their weaknesses, and consider doing things that others cannot replace. In order to improve the value of local chronicles in the network age, we should guarantee the authority on the historical facts and data, reflect the typicality in the selection and selection of data, add uniqueness in content and form, and highlight the academic character in the orientation of readers.
