【摘要】：白馬藏族傳統(tǒng)民俗文化被譽(yù)為民族文化的"活化石",其保護(hù)與發(fā)展引起了各界的關(guān)注。本文認(rèn)為,少數(shù)民族文化的保護(hù)與發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,需要處理好三對(duì)辨證統(tǒng)一的矛盾關(guān)系:其一,民俗保留與文化變革,不排斥正常的民俗變遷與變化,但要努力保留完整的優(yōu)秀民俗文化體系;其二,非遺記憶與生活傳承,一方面通過(guò)發(fā)掘、整理保存下民俗文化符號(hào),更重要的是促使民俗與當(dāng)?shù)厝巳粘Ｉ罹o密結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)、活態(tài)保護(hù);其三,市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)與民俗為本,民俗文化資源化、商品化必須以有利于民俗文化的保護(hù)與發(fā)展為前提,且旅游開(kāi)發(fā)等市場(chǎng)行為應(yīng)在區(qū)別對(duì)待不同民俗文化的基礎(chǔ)上適度進(jìn)行,而非將所有民俗文化一窩蜂推向市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:The traditional folk culture of Bai Ma Tibetan nationality is known as the "living fossil" of national culture, and its protection and development have aroused the attention of all walks of life. In the course of the protection and development of minority culture, we should deal with the contradiction between three pairs of dialectical unity: first, folk custom preservation and cultural change, not excluding the normal changes and changes of folk customs. But efforts should be made to retain a complete system of excellent folk culture; second, non-residual memory and life inheritance. On the one hand, by excavating, sorting out and preserving folk cultural symbols, it is more important to promote the close integration of folklore with the daily life of the local people. Third, market development and folklore as the basis, folk culture as a resource, commercialization must be conducive to the protection and development of folk culture as the premise, And the market behavior such as tourism development should be carried out on the basis of treating different folklore cultures differently, rather than pushing all folk cultures into the market.
