【摘要】：文章簡(jiǎn)要梳理了19世紀(jì)中葉至民國(guó)初期英帝國(guó)在中國(guó)及中國(guó)西南邊疆侵略、擴(kuò)張的歷史脈絡(luò),分析了1913-1922年英帝國(guó)在康定所設(shè)領(lǐng)事館分館的緣由與用意及其三位領(lǐng)事的活動(dòng),探討英帝國(guó)如何通過(guò)搜集所需情報(bào)并采取相應(yīng)外交手段對(duì)中國(guó)西藏以及整個(gè)西南邊疆展開(kāi)侵略擴(kuò)張,這對(duì)今天大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代邊疆地區(qū)的數(shù)據(jù)安全問(wèn)題具有一定意義。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly reviews the historical context of the British Empire's invasion and expansion in China and the southwestern frontier of China from the middle of the 19th century to the early period of the Republic of China, and analyzes the reasons and intentions of the consular branch established by the British Empire in Kangding from 1913 to 1922 and the activities of the three consuls. This paper discusses how the British Empire invaded and expanded China's Tibet and the entire southwestern frontier by collecting the necessary intelligence and adopting corresponding diplomatic means, which is of certain significance to the data security problems in the frontier areas in the big data era today.
