【摘要】：通過全面查閱全國已出版的28部首輪科技志所記述的規(guī)劃內(nèi)容得出:首輪科技志書中主要記述了科技發(fā)展規(guī)劃和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃等內(nèi)容。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對首輪科技志記述規(guī)劃問題進(jìn)行研究,闡述寫出規(guī)劃制訂中的科技特色,如何體現(xiàn)科技內(nèi)容等,分析研究如何處理好科技志書中規(guī)劃記述的四個(gè)問題:求實(shí)避虛、主線輔線、取舍標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、失敗事項(xiàng)的記述。
[Abstract]:Through a comprehensive review of the planning contents of the first round of science and technology chronicles published in China, it is concluded that the first round of science and technology chronicles mainly describes the development plan of science and technology and the development plan of urban and rural construction. On this basis, this paper studies the planning problems of the first round of science and technology chronicle, expounds the characteristics of science and technology in the formulation of the plan, how to embody the scientific and technological contents, and analyzes and studies how to deal with the four problems of the planning and description in the science and technology chronicle: seeking truth and avoiding the false. The main line auxiliary line, the choice standard, the failure item description.
