清水江下游祠堂文化與地方社會秩序

【摘要】:清水江下游祠堂文化刻載著清水江流域的木材貿(mào)易與人工營林業(yè)形成與發(fā)展的歷程,二者相互作用,使得祠堂文化成為清水江地方文化的標識。在木材流動的“江利”紛爭時代,國家對地方的治理依托了祠堂文化進行地方的“儒化”。在祠堂文化的規(guī)約下實現(xiàn)林地產(chǎn)權(quán)穩(wěn)定,維護了該區(qū)域人工營林業(yè)的發(fā)展。地方社會精英在“文字入疆”的引領(lǐng)下,以林地契約與地方教育的方式規(guī)制了地方社會。使得清水江下游社會祠堂文化在地方有序化歷程中發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用,進而推進了地方社會的進步與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The ancestral hall culture of the lower reaches of the Qingshuijiang River bears the course of the formation and development of timber trade and artificial forestry in the Qingshuijiang River basin. The interaction of the two makes the ancestral hall culture become the symbol of the local culture of the Qingshuijiang River. In the "Jiangli" dispute era of timber flow, local governance relies on ancestral temple culture to carry out local "Confucianism". Under the statute of ancestral temple culture, the property right of woodland is stable, and the development of artificial forestry in this area is maintained. The local social elite regulated the local society by means of woodland contract and local education. It makes the ancestral hall culture play an irreplaceable role in the process of local ordering, and then promote the progress and development of local society.
