試談二輪志書的編纂

【摘要】：第二輪志書與首輪志書相比的確存在不足,如可讀性弱,篇幅偏大,歌功隱過,記"工作"多等,甚至在志稿階段就存在諸多問題,但這些問題在首輪志書編纂過程中也同樣存在,并非二輪修志獨(dú)有。由此尚不能得出二輪志書不如首輪志書的結(jié)論。二輪志書與首輪相比,有其明顯的進(jìn)步之處,即篇目結(jié)構(gòu)更趨合理和科學(xué),時(shí)代特點(diǎn)和地方特點(diǎn)更加鮮明,入志資料更為齊備、可信,理論研究給予的支撐更為有力。評(píng)價(jià)志書應(yīng)采用兩點(diǎn)論,而不是一點(diǎn)論。如果評(píng)論不符合實(shí)際情況,也可能會(huì)挫傷地方志工作者的積極性。今后,修志業(yè)務(wù)工作還應(yīng)注意以下幾個(gè)問題:一是合理布局,二是顯示特色,三是確保征信,四是控制篇幅,五是精雕細(xì)琢,六是研究理論。
[Abstract]:Compared with the first round, the second round of annals does have some shortcomings, such as weak readability, large space, hidden achievements in songs, more "work", and even many problems in the manuscript stage. However, these problems also exist in the first compilation of annals, and are not unique to the second cycle of annals. Therefore, it is not possible to draw the conclusion that two rounds of annals are not as good as the first round of annals. Compared with the first round, the second round of annals has its obvious progress, that is, the structure of the contents is more reasonable and scientific, the characteristics of the times and places are more distinct, the data of the entries are more complete and reliable, and the support given by the theoretical research is more powerful. The evaluation of annals should be based on two points, not a point. If the comments do not conform to the actual situation, it may also discourage the enthusiasm of local chronologists. In the future, we should also pay attention to the following problems: first, the rational layout, the second is to show the characteristics, the third is to ensure the information, the fourth is to control the length, the fifth is to elaborate, and the sixth is to study the theory.
