【摘要】：正李萬(wàn)輝在《新疆地方志》2012年第1期撰文指出,凡例是一部志書的主心骨或中軸線,是地方志編纂必須遵循的規(guī)定和法則、尺度和綱領(lǐng),是地方志書編輯方法的規(guī)范和簡(jiǎn)要提示。凡例對(duì)全書不但具有權(quán)威性,更具有約束性、指導(dǎo)性和法規(guī)性。因此,志書編纂者必須制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的凡例。最近,筆者翻閱數(shù)部志書的凡例,感覺(jué)有優(yōu)有劣,雖然對(duì)指導(dǎo)志書的編纂和閱讀有一定的編纂指導(dǎo)性,但存在指而不導(dǎo)、約而不束、規(guī)而不范的毛病。有的只是做做樣子,詳細(xì)對(duì)照凡例
[Abstract]:In the first period writing of "local chronicles >2012" in Xinjiang, Zheng pointed out that all cases are the backbone or central axis of a book, which are the rules and rules that must be followed in the compilation of local chronicles. The scale and program are the norms and brief hints of the methods of local chronicle editing. Therefore, the compilers of the book must make standardized examples. Recently, the author looks through the examples of several books, and feels better and worse.
