【摘要】：西康省義敦縣設(shè)立于民國建立后的1913年,是康南大道上的一個重要縣份。1917年"第二次康藏糾紛"發(fā)生后,康南地區(qū)失治,義敦縣旋被廢治。但義敦為理化(今理塘)、巴安(今巴塘)之間的必經(jīng)之路,戰(zhàn)略地理重要。兼之,西藏芒康巨商邦達(dá)多吉家族反抗"噶廈"失敗后渡江進(jìn)駐義敦,增添了當(dāng)?shù)氐膹?fù)雜因素。故1935年"西康建省委員會"成立后,委員長劉文輝著手復(fù)治義敦。第一次由余松琳等主持,未獲成功。第二次由曾言樞、龔耕云等于1939年12月復(fù)治成功。義敦縣的復(fù)治,有利于保障義敦縣的戰(zhàn)略地位,有利于康南大道的暢通,促進(jìn)了當(dāng)?shù)卣蔚姆�(wěn)定,推動了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)文化的建設(shè),具有較為重要的歷史意義。
[Abstract]:After the establishment of the Republic of Republic of Xikang Province in 1913 after the establishment of the Republic of China, it was an important county on Conan Avenue in.1917, after the "second Concord disputes", which was lost in the south of Conan area. But Yi don county was abolished. But Yi Town was a rationale (modern Tang), and the strategic geography between Tibet and Mangkam was important. Also, Benda Dorji, a giant merchant of Mangkam, was of great importance. After the failure of the family to reside in Yi Town after the defeat of the "Xi Kangjian", it added the local complex factors. Since the founding of the "Xi Kangjian Provincial Committee" in 1935, chairman Liu Wenhui began to retreat Yi don. The first time was Yu Songlin and other presides. It was unsuccessful. The regovernance of Yi Tong County was successful in December 1939. The restoration of Yi Dun county is conducive to the guarantee. The strategic position of Yi Dun county is conducive to the smooth movement of Conan Avenue, promotes the stability of the local politics and promotes the construction of local economy and culture, which has a more important historical significance.
