【摘要】：在19世紀(jì)末之前,香港殖民政府醫(yī)療服務(wù)基于其統(tǒng)治策略和財(cái)政等因素的考慮,其服務(wù)對(duì)象主要針對(duì)殖民者,尤其是對(duì)英帝國統(tǒng)治至關(guān)重要的英國士兵,而占人口絕對(duì)多數(shù)的華人居民的健康則相當(dāng)不受關(guān)注。進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)初以來,伴隨著醫(yī)療服務(wù)的重組與擴(kuò)展,香港殖民政府開始超越早期殖民醫(yī)療服務(wù)的"狹隘主義"傾向,在醫(yī)療服務(wù)方面承擔(dān)起越來越多的責(zé)任。到1941年日本占領(lǐng)香港之前,香港已經(jīng)建立了比較完善的醫(yī)療服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,這一體系主要由醫(yī)院、醫(yī)局、流動(dòng)醫(yī)局、護(hù)理與留產(chǎn)院、產(chǎn)前檢查診所、嬰兒福利中心、社會(huì)衛(wèi)生中心和健康中心等醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)組成,其地域范圍涵蓋港島中心城區(qū)、九龍半島、新界農(nóng)村以及周邊島嶼等地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Before the end of the nineteenth Century, the Hongkong colonial government medical service, based on its ruling strategy and financial considerations, was mainly aimed at the colonists, especially British soldiers, which were vital to the British Empire, while the health of the Chinese population, which accounted for the absolute majority of the population, was unconcerned. Since the beginning of twentieth Century, the medical service was accompanied by medical treatment. The restructuring and expansion of the medical services, the colonial government of Hongkong began to overtake the "parochial" tendency of early colonial medical services and took more and more responsibility for medical services. By 1941, before Japan occupied Hongkong, Hongkong had established a relatively perfect medical service network system, mainly by hospitals, medical bureaus, and mobile doctors. Bureau, nursing and maternity hospital, antenatal clinic, baby welfare center, social health center and health center, and other medical institutions, which cover the area of the central city of Hong Kong Island, the Kowloon Peninsula, the new territories and the surrounding islands.
