【摘要】：《蕭山市志》不僅利用述、記、志、傳、表、錄承接前志,而且還利用"注"的方式承接前志,操作方法有三:1.一段注釋法。即對一句話加注,一段注釋事物的發(fā)端、發(fā)展情況,直至與續(xù)志上限相銜接。2.分段注釋法。即連續(xù)對幾個(gè)句子加注,分段注釋事物的發(fā)端、發(fā)展、曲折和變化情況,直至與續(xù)志的上限相銜接。3.直接注釋法。即對記述事物的標(biāo)題加注,直接注釋事物的整個(gè)發(fā)展過程,直到與續(xù)志的上限相銜接。在操作中注重做到四個(gè)方面:一是做到記述事物從發(fā)端開始,查不到發(fā)端時(shí)間的,從有文獻(xiàn)記述的年代開始,直到前志下限的發(fā)展過程。二是做到"簡",高度概括前志內(nèi)容,以達(dá)到明晰事物發(fā)展過程為目的,重點(diǎn)記述續(xù)志上下限時(shí)段內(nèi)事物的發(fā)展變化情況。三是做到站在時(shí)代的高度,對事物的歷史發(fā)展賦予新的更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),而不完全照搬前志。四是做到所注句子的針對性、科學(xué)性,并注意不與其他所注句子重復(fù),以免損害志書質(zhì)量�！妒捝绞兄尽防�"注"承接前志,不但能記述事物發(fā)展的全過程,而且方便讀者。
[Abstract]:"Xiao Shan Zhi" not only uses narration, record, biography, table, record, but also uses the "note" method to undertake the former record, the method of operation is three: 1. A paragraph of annotation. That is, add a note to a sentence, the beginning and development of a paragraph, up to the upper limit of continuity. 2. Subsection annotation. That is to say, several sentences are annotated in succession, and the beginning, development, twists and turns of things are annotated until they are connected with the upper limit of continuous records. Direct annotation. That is to say, annotate the title of the descriptive thing, and directly annotate the whole development process of the thing until it is connected with the upper limit of the chronicle. In the operation, we should pay attention to four aspects: one is to record things from the beginning, and if we can't find the starting time, we should start from the age of the documents, and then the development process of the lower limit of the previous record. The second is to achieve "simplicity", highly generalize the content of the former record, in order to make clear the process of development of things, the focus is to record the development and change of things in the upper and lower limit period. Third, to stand at the height of the times, to give new and deeper understanding to the historical development of things, and not to copy the former records completely. Fourth, it is necessary to be specific and scientific, and pay attention to not duplicating with other annotated sentences so as not to damage the quality of annals. < Xiaoshan Zhi > can not only record the whole process of the development of things, but also facilitate the readers by making use of the "Note" to undertake the former records.
