【摘要】：在編纂志書(shū)的過(guò)程中,我們對(duì)文化的認(rèn)識(shí)大致可分為大文化、中文化、小文化。志書(shū)文化部類(lèi)的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該屬于"中文化"的范疇。志書(shū)的分類(lèi)應(yīng)以科學(xué)分類(lèi)和現(xiàn)實(shí)分工相結(jié)合為原則,不應(yīng)機(jī)械地以承編單位的歸屬來(lái)認(rèn)定。扎實(shí)的文化類(lèi)資料是文化類(lèi)分志的基礎(chǔ),二輪修志加大了經(jīng)濟(jì)部類(lèi)內(nèi)容的分量,但不能矯枉過(guò)正,削弱文化部類(lèi)的內(nèi)容。志書(shū)文化部類(lèi)記述的只是一部分文化內(nèi)容,這就需要非文化部類(lèi)配合承擔(dān)個(gè)別文化現(xiàn)象的記述。文化特色是地方特色的重要方面,對(duì)于有特色的地域文化要濃墨重彩。在志書(shū)編纂過(guò)程中要注意處理好文化部類(lèi)與其他部類(lèi)內(nèi)容的交叉重復(fù),要注意科學(xué)歸類(lèi),詳主略次,合理歸口。
[Abstract]:In the course of compiling chronicles, our understanding of culture can be divided into big culture, middle culture and small culture. The contents of the Ministry of Culture should belong to the category of "middle culture". The classification of annals should be based on the combination of scientific classification and practical division of labor, and should not be determined mechanically by the attribution of the unit in charge. Solid cultural materials are the basis of the classification of cultural records. The second round of revision has increased the content of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, but it cannot be overcorrected, and the content of the Ministry of Culture can not be weakened. The Ministry of Culture only describes part of the cultural content, which requires the cooperation of the Ministry of Culture to bear the description of individual cultural phenomena. Cultural characteristics are an important aspect of local characteristics. In the process of compiling the annals, attention should be paid to dealing with the overlapping and repetition of the contents of the Ministry of Culture and other categories, to scientific classification, to detail the main points and times, and to the rational conclusion.
