【摘要】：觀前既是蘇州古老文明的標(biāo)本,又是近代文明的窗口。觀前的興起得益于西晉咸寧二年(276年)玄妙觀的建立,玄妙觀的興盛帶來了人群和商機(jī),由觀內(nèi)而觀外,逐漸形成了商市。傳統(tǒng)時代的觀前雖然得到了一定程度的發(fā)展,但始終沒有形成獨(dú)立完整的功能區(qū)。近代以來,由于區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、歷史機(jī)遇、自身求變等多方面因素的影響,觀前街區(qū)逐漸成為蘇州城市發(fā)展的中心。 街區(qū)研究最為重要的是揭示其整體特征。觀前作為蘇州城市的首善之區(qū),地理位置居城市之中心,但發(fā)展卻一直處于城市的邊緣。太平天國戰(zhàn)爭給了它發(fā)展的歷史機(jī)遇,使它由經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的邊緣走向中心,從而使中心的區(qū)位與經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和社會中心的地位重合,成為蘇州的中心街區(qū)。而街區(qū)的其他特征是由其中心地位派生出來的,商業(yè)的發(fā)達(dá)、金融業(yè)的中心是其第一位的;觀前商業(yè)的發(fā)展推動著市民生活水平的提高,使得其日常的物質(zhì)生活也逐漸發(fā)生變化,各種服務(wù)設(shè)施逐漸興盛,觀前休閑飲食中心形成;物質(zhì)生活的改善和見聞的增廣,市民要求與之相應(yīng)的文化生活以滿足精神方面的需求,觀前街區(qū)文化日趨活躍,中西文化交融,遂成為蘇城之文化中心;上述種種因素的有力融合,推動了觀前市民意識的覺醒,觀前市民公社隨之成立,具有很強(qiáng)的示范性。觀前街區(qū)整體特征的形成是在與蘇州城市的互動中實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:The view before is not only the specimen of Suzhou ancient civilization, but also the window of modern civilization. Although the view of the traditional era has developed to a certain extent, it has never formed an independent and complete functional area. Since modern times, due to the influence of many factors, such as location advantage, historical opportunity, self-change and so on, Qianqian district has gradually become the center of Suzhou city development. The most important thing in block research is to reveal its overall characteristics. As the first and best area of Suzhou city, Guanqian occupies the center of the city, but its development has always been on the edge of the city. The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom War gave it a historical opportunity to develop from the edge of economy and culture to the center so that the location of the center coincided with the position of the economic cultural and social center and became the central block of Suzhou. The other characteristics of the block are derived from its central position. The development of commerce, the center of the financial industry, is the first, and the development of pre-commercial development promotes the improvement of people's living standards. As a result, their daily material life has gradually changed, various service facilities have gradually flourished, leisure food and beverage centers have been formed before viewing, the improvement of material life and the expansion of experience and knowledge, The people demand a corresponding cultural life to meet the spiritual needs. The culture of the former block is becoming more and more active, and the blend of Chinese and Western cultures has become the cultural center of Su Cheng. It promotes the awakening of citizen consciousness before viewing, and the former citizen commune is set up with strong demonstration. The formation of the whole features of the former block is realized in the interaction with Suzhou city.
