【摘要】：“南向政策”集中反映了臺(tái)灣同東南亞國家間在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行的密切交往,而在“南向政策”期間臺(tái)灣對(duì)菲律賓的投資又最具代表性。本文在介紹“南向政策”產(chǎn)生的原因、背景及演進(jìn)歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)闡述了臺(tái)灣對(duì)菲律賓投資關(guān)系演變的過程,在展示臺(tái)商對(duì)菲律賓投資的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)的同時(shí),著重分析影響臺(tái)灣對(duì)菲律賓進(jìn)行投資的深層次因素,并就這種投資關(guān)系對(duì)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)同菲律賓關(guān)系的影響進(jìn)行評(píng)析。筆者通過運(yùn)用相關(guān)國際關(guān)系理論、投資理論對(duì)于“南向政策”實(shí)施期間臺(tái)灣對(duì)菲律賓的投資地進(jìn)行較深層次研究,借鑒臺(tái)灣在發(fā)展同東南亞國家間關(guān)系方面的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技巧,以期為中國積極發(fā)展同東盟國家間友好關(guān)系以及進(jìn)一步密切兩岸聯(lián)系做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The "southward policy" mainly reflects the close exchanges between Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries in economic, political, cultural and other fields, and Taiwan's investment in the Philippines is the most representative during the "southward policy" period. Based on the introduction of the reasons, background and evolution of the "southward Policy", this paper focuses on the evolution of Taiwan's investment relationship in the Philippines, showing the present situation and characteristics of Taiwanese investment in the Philippines. This paper analyzes the factors that influence Taiwan's investment in the Philippines, and analyzes the impact of this investment relationship on the relationship between Taiwan and the Philippines. By using relevant international relations theory and investment theory, the author makes a deep study of Taiwan's investment in the Philippines during the implementation of the "southward Policy", and draws lessons from Taiwan's advanced experience and skills in developing relations with Southeast Asian countries. In order to contribute to the positive development of friendly relations with ASEAN countries and closer ties between the two sides of the strait.
