【摘要】：柏林吐魯番藏品T.Ⅱ.D.205b回鶻文寫本撰寫于回鶻入主西州的第二年(791年)。文書中的題年qoj釭n.j釭l t∫aqsaput aj sεkiz otuzqa(羊年臘月二十八)為唐貞元七年臘月二十八日(792年1月26日),qad釭r bilgε tεηri ilik qut釭(頑強(qiáng)、賢明的天王尊者;頑強(qiáng)、賢明的天王閣下)是入主西州的回鶻最高長官頡于迦斯·骨咄祿(εlφgεsi qudu■)。此文書是其人為緩解摩尼教徒與佛教徒之間的矛盾,籠絡(luò)民心而頒發(fā)的官方文件。鑒于骨咄祿當(dāng)時(shí)的身份僅是天王而并非是可汗,應(yīng)將文書定名為《豁免木頭溝寺院賦稅徭役令》。文書的內(nèi)容對于研究8世紀(jì)末吐魯番地區(qū)的寺院經(jīng)濟(jì)、寺院的各種經(jīng)濟(jì)特權(quán)、賦稅類別以及回鶻統(tǒng)治政策的調(diào)整都具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The Turpan collection of Berlin, T.II. D. 205b, was written in Uighur in the second year (791). The inscription of the document is qoj n.j age l / t aqsaput aj s 蔚 kiz otuzqa (December 28 of the year of the Goat) for Tang Zhenyuan on January 28, 792 (January 26, 792). R bilg 蔚 t 蔚 畏 ri ilik qut is a tough, wise king. The wise king of heaven was the chief officer of the Uighur who had taken over the western state, and he was also known as 蔚 l 蠁 g 蔚 si qudu. This document is an official document issued to ease the conflict between the Manichaeans and Buddhists and to win the hearts of the people. In view of the fact that Guedulou was only a king of heaven and not a Khan at that time, the title of the document should be "exemption from taxes and corvee orders for the monastery of Mutougou". The contents of the document are of great academic value to the study of the monastery economy in Turpan at the end of the eighth century, the various economic privileges of the monasteries, the categories of taxation and the adjustment of the Uyghur ruling policy.
