【摘要】：早在上世紀(jì)七八十年代就有東南亞女性嫁到中國臺(tái)灣。上世紀(jì)90年代以來,大量東南亞女性通過中介公司遠(yuǎn)嫁臺(tái)灣。這種特殊的人口遷移現(xiàn)象源于臺(tái)灣地區(qū)人口中的性別比失衡、臺(tái)灣當(dāng)局推行"南向"政策以及臺(tái)灣與東南亞經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系日益密切等因素。這些跨區(qū)婚姻對于臺(tái)灣解決適婚男女比例不平衡、提高人口出生率、增加勞動(dòng)力起了一定的作用,但也帶來一些社會(huì)問題。為此,臺(tái)灣當(dāng)局與民間組織采取了相關(guān)的輔助措施,以幫助東南亞新娘盡快適應(yīng)臺(tái)灣生活,促進(jìn)"新臺(tái)灣之子"的健康成長。
[Abstract]:As early as the 1970s and 1980 s, Southeast Asian women married to Taiwan. Since the 1990 s, a large number of Southeast Asian women have been married to Taiwan through intermediaries. This special phenomenon of population migration stems from the imbalance of sex ratio in the population of Taiwan, the "southward" policy pursued by the Taiwan authorities, and the increasingly close economic and trade relations between Taiwan and Southeast Asia. These inter-regional marriages have played a certain role in solving the imbalance between men and women in marriage, increasing the birth rate and increasing the labor force in Taiwan, but also brought some social problems. Therefore, the Taiwan authorities and non-governmental organizations have taken relevant auxiliary measures to help Southeast Asian brides adapt to the life in Taiwan as soon as possible and promote the healthy growth of the "son of New Taiwan".
