民國時期山東鄉(xiāng)村建設研究(1931-1937)

【摘要】:二十世紀二三十年代,緣于鄉(xiāng)村破產,中國掀起了一場以‘拯救鄉(xiāng)村、建設鄉(xiāng)村’為目標的鄉(xiāng)村建設運動。這場發(fā)軔于知識分子的運動,后來成為團體、地方政府、國家等廣泛參與的鄉(xiāng)村運動。 山東是民國時期鄉(xiāng)村建設的重要地域。1931-1937年,在韓復榘任省主席期間,山東鄉(xiāng)村建設得到迅速發(fā)展,形成了諸多模式。 全文從以下幾個方面展開論述: 導論部分。簡要介紹選題由來、研究空間、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路;并對山東鄉(xiāng)村建設的時間、地域、概念等作了學術界定。 第一章山東鄉(xiāng)村建設運動興起。本章介紹山東鄉(xiāng)村建設興起的國內背景和省內環(huán)境。知識分子的思考,南京國民政府振興農村的措施以及山東環(huán)境及省政府的努力等諸多因素促進了山東鄉(xiāng)村建設運動的興起。 第二章山東鄉(xiāng)村建設研究院模式(上)。本部分介紹梁漱溟鄉(xiāng)村建設思想和山東鄉(xiāng)村建設研究院的情況。梁漱溟從傳統(tǒng)文化、合作運動思想及當時流行的鄉(xiāng)村建設思想汲取營養(yǎng),形成了自己的鄉(xiāng)村建設思想——以建設鄉(xiāng)村來建設一個新國家。這一思想在山東鄉(xiāng)村建設研究院面臨著發(fā)展和挑戰(zhàn)。 第三章山東鄉(xiāng)村建設研究院模式(下)。本章節(jié)重點研究了梁漱溟鄉(xiāng)村建設思想的實踐。以鄒平、菏澤、濟寧為例,分析了三大實驗區(qū)的建設成就及發(fā)展異同,尤其對鄒平進行了全面、細致的研究。以此,總結了研究院鄉(xiāng)村建設體系的特點、失敗原因并對該模式進行評價。 第四章青島鄉(xiāng)村建設模式。該部分介紹了青島鄉(xiāng)村建設的背景和建設情況,其中以李村鄉(xiāng)區(qū)為例分析青島鄉(xiāng)村建設的特點。青島自身的環(huán)境特點、沈鴻烈的鄉(xiāng)村建設思想以及鄉(xiāng)區(qū)建設辦事處等機構的設立形成了青島鄉(xiāng)村建設模式。李村就是這一模式的具體體現(xiàn)。 第五章山東教育廳鄉(xiāng)村建設模式。本章節(jié)重點介紹教育廳以教育為手段進行鄉(xiāng)村建設的情況。在何思源、董渭川的鄉(xiāng)村建設思想指導下,教育廳形成了鄉(xiāng)村教育輔導區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)村民眾教育實驗區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)村師范三種模式。 第六章齊魯大學鄉(xiāng)村建設模式。齊魯大學鄉(xiāng)村建設模式作為基督教大學主辦的鄉(xiāng)村實驗,具有獨特性。她與外國教會、山東省地方政府、國民政府的關系,走出了一條與教育廳不同的鄉(xiāng)村建設道路。 第七章對鄉(xiāng)村建設運動的思考。本部分歸納了這一時期山東鄉(xiāng)村建設的特點與關系,成就及不足以及在全國范圍內的影響。民國山東鄉(xiāng)村建設的實踐活動對當代社會主義新農村建設具有借鑒價值。 山東鄉(xiāng)村建設運動興起于全國鄉(xiāng)村建設運動這一大背景,得力于各派的努力及省政府默許支持,取得了較大成就并成為民國鄉(xiāng)村建設的重要代表之一。山東鄉(xiāng)村建設除齊魯大學鄉(xiāng)建模式外,表面上是一場學者和教育團體領導實施的運動,實際上是一種政府拯救鄉(xiāng)村的運動。
[Abstract]:In the twenties and thirties of the 20th century, due to the bankruptcy of the countryside, China set off a rural construction movement aimed at saving the countryside and building the countryside. The movement, which began with intellectuals, later became a rural movement in which groups, local governments, and the state took part. Shandong was an important region of rural construction in the period of the Republic of China. During the period of Han Fu-ju serving as the chairman of the province, the rural construction in Shandong was developed rapidly and many models were formed. The full text is discussed from the following aspects: Introduction. This paper briefly introduces the origin of the topic, the research space, the present research situation and the research ideas, and makes a decision on the time, region and concept of rural construction in Shandong. The first chapter is the rise of Shandong rural construction movement. This chapter introduces the domestic background and provincial environment of rural construction in Shandong province. The thinking of the intellectuals, the measures taken by the Nanjing National Government to revitalize the rural areas, and the efforts of the Shandong Provincial Government and the environment have promoted the rise of the rural construction movement in Shandong Province. The second chapter is the model of Shandong Rural Construction Research Institute. This part introduces Liang Shuming's thought of rural construction and the situation of Shandong Rural Construction Research Institute. Liang Shuming drew nourishment from traditional culture, cooperative movement thought and popular rural construction thought at that time, and formed his own rural construction thought to build a new country. This idea is facing development and challenge in Shandong Rural Construction Research Institute. The third chapter is the model of Shandong Rural Construction Research Institute. This chapter focuses on the practice of Liang Shuming's rural construction thought. Taking Zouping, Heze and Jining as examples, this paper analyzes the construction achievements and development similarities and differences of the three experimental areas, especially makes a comprehensive and detailed study on Zouping. In this paper, the characteristics of rural construction system, failure reasons and evaluation of the model are summarized. Chapter IV Qingdao rural construction model. This part introduces the background and construction of rural construction in Qingdao, and analyzes the characteristics of rural construction in Qingdao by taking Li Cun township as an example. Qingdao's own environmental characteristics, Shen Honglie's thought of rural construction and the establishment of rural district construction office have formed the Qingdao rural construction mode. Li village is the concrete embodiment of this model. The fifth chapter is the rural construction mode of Shandong Education Department. This chapter focuses on the education of the Department of Education as a means of rural construction. Under the guidance of He Siyuan and Dong Weichuan's thought of rural construction, the Education Department has formed three modes: rural education guidance area, rural populace education experimental area and rural normal school. Chapter VI: Qilu University rural construction model. Qilu University's rural construction model is unique as a rural experiment sponsored by Christian University. Her relationship with foreign churches, local governments and national governments in Shandong Province has led to a road of rural construction different from that of the Education Department. The seventh chapter thinks about the rural construction movement. This part summarizes the characteristics and relations, achievements and shortcomings of Shandong rural construction in this period, and its influence on the whole country. The practical activities of rural construction in Shandong Province of the Republic of China have reference value to the construction of new socialist countryside. Shandong rural construction movement sprang up in the background of the national rural construction movement, thanks to the efforts of various parties and the tacit support of the provincial government, it has made great achievements and become one of the important representatives of rural construction in the Republic of China. In addition to the rural construction model of Qilu University, Shandong rural construction is on the surface a movement led by scholars and educational groups, and in fact a government movement to save the countryside.
