【摘要】：隨著我國政治經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展,地方志工作發(fā)展面臨新的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)有:國際間各國文化交流與融合進程加快;國家加大了文化建設(shè)投入,社會文化需求日益增長,發(fā)揮地方志文化資源作用亟待加強;國家信息化建設(shè)對地方志工作帶來了機遇與挑戰(zhàn);依法修志,強化地方志機構(gòu)工作職能,拓展工作內(nèi)容與領(lǐng)域,切實行使依法行政職能和職責(zé)成為必然;方志、年鑒編纂體例,記錄內(nèi)容等業(yè)務(wù)上拓展創(chuàng)新;方志學(xué)理論與實踐亟待完善與豐富;圖書館、情報部門、博物館、檔案館等文化事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,管理水平、信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用程度和社會知名度的不斷提高,給地方志部門帶來了壓力和動力;地方志人才隊伍建設(shè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。地方志工作者應(yīng)從以下幾個方面應(yīng)對:勇于創(chuàng)新,轉(zhuǎn)變職能;依法行政,完善法規(guī);加大對地方志事業(yè)科技工作改革創(chuàng)新力度,使科學(xué)技術(shù)真正成為促進地方志事業(yè)快速發(fā)展的動力;加大地方志信息化建設(shè)力度,提升地方志工作服務(wù)社會與管理水平;加強地方志人才隊伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's political economy and society, the development of local chronicles is faced with new opportunities and challenges: the process of international cultural exchange and integration is accelerated, the state has increased the investment in cultural construction, and the social and cultural needs are increasing day by day. It is urgent to strengthen the role of local chronological cultural resources; the construction of national information has brought opportunities and challenges to the work of local chronicles; the revision of records according to law, the strengthening of the work functions of local chronological organizations, and the expansion of the contents and fields of work, It is inevitable to carry out the functions and duties of administration according to law; to expand and innovate the business of local chronicles, compilation methods of yearbooks, contents of records, etc.; to improve and enrich the theory and practice of Fangzhi; to improve and enrich the library, information department, museum, etc. The rapid development of archives and other cultural undertakings, the level of management, the application of information technology and the continuous improvement of social popularity have brought pressure and power to the local chronological departments, and the challenges faced by the construction of local records talents. The local chronologists should deal with the following aspects: to innovate and change their functions, to administer according to law, to perfect the laws and regulations, to intensify the reform and innovation of the scientific and technological work of the local chronicles, To make science and technology become the driving force to promote the rapid development of local chronicles, to strengthen the construction of local records information, to enhance the level of service and management of local chronicles, and to strengthen the construction of local chronicles talents.
