【摘要】： 本文主要涉及鴉片戰(zhàn)爭后澳葡政府對澳門華人的管治以及澳門華人對澳葡政府管治的態(tài)度。 通過研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)：第一、鴉片戰(zhàn)爭之后,華人人口逐漸增多,開始成為澳門社會的絕對主體,澳葡政府頒布專門針對華人的法律,并建立華人管理機構(gòu),中國傳統(tǒng)的保甲制度成為澳葡政府管治華人的重要工具；第二、澳門華人對澳葡政府的管治具有不同的反應(yīng),接受與反對者兼而有之,但不論他們對于澳葡管治是何種態(tài)度,他們對于中國國內(nèi)事務(wù)都給予了長期的關(guān)注與支持,對于中華傳統(tǒng)文化也起到了傳承和弘揚的作用。 本文認為,晚清時期,澳葡政府極力把華人納入其管理體制之下,意在確定其對澳門的主權(quán)。雖然澳葡政府最終確定了其在澳門的司法權(quán)、管轄權(quán)、財政權(quán),卻未實現(xiàn)取得澳門主權(quán)的意圖；澳門華人對于澳葡政府的管治態(tài)度也因身份不同而有所差別。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly deals with the Macao and Portuguese government's governance of Macao Chinese after the Opium War and the Macao Chinese's attitude towards the Macao and Portuguese government.Through research, we can find: first, after the Opium War, the Chinese population gradually increased and began to become the absolute main body of Macao society.The traditional Chinese Baojia system has become an important tool for the Macao and Portuguese governments to govern the Chinese people. Second, the Macao Chinese have different reactions to the governance of the Macao and Portuguese government, accepting both the opposition and the opposition, but regardless of their attitude towards Macao and Portuguese governance,They have paid long attention and support to China's domestic affairs and played a role in inheriting and carrying forward Chinese traditional culture.This paper argues that in the late Qing Dynasty, the Portuguese government tried to bring the Chinese under its management system in order to determine its sovereignty over Macao.Although the Macao and Portuguese government has finally determined its jurisdiction, jurisdiction and financial power in Macao, it has failed to realize the intention of acquiring Macao sovereignty, and the attitude of Macao Chinese towards the Macao and Portuguese government has also varied according to their status.
