【摘要】：唐代南詔國的法律制度既受到唐王朝政治和法律文明的深刻影響,又在軍事、禮制和司法等方面繼承了彝族蒙舍詔固有法律的諸多特性。南詔的法制呈現(xiàn)出多元、分散的特征,其官方立法主要涉及官制、軍事、土地制度和重大刑事犯罪,關(guān)于調(diào)整日常生產(chǎn)與生活秩序的刑民事法律,則缺乏統(tǒng)一的規(guī)定,而主要依靠南詔國內(nèi)各部族的習(xí)慣法加以調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:The legal system of Nanzhao in the Tang Dynasty was deeply influenced by the political and legal civilization of the Tang Dynasty, and inherited many characteristics of the inherent law of the Yi nationality in military, ritual and judicial aspects. Its official legislation mainly deals with official system, military affairs, land system and major criminal offenses. The criminal and civil laws regulating the order of daily production and life are lack of unified provisions, and are mainly regulated by the customary laws of various tribes in Nanzhao.
