【摘要】：廣西、廣東古代同屬嶺南地區(qū),地理環(huán)境相近,然而人口發(fā)展卻有著不同的軌跡,人口發(fā)展的差異對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響也是顯而易見的。唐代以前,兩廣屬于全國(guó)人口最稀少的地區(qū)之一,人口總數(shù)或是密度均差距不大。宋代兩廣人口大致維持在同一水平上,但廣東人口發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)高于廣西。明代兩廣人口的發(fā)展已呈現(xiàn)出等級(jí)的差異。清代兩廣人口發(fā)展差距擴(kuò)大到兩倍甚至更多。人口的發(fā)展與田地的開墾密切相關(guān),宋代廣東田地開墾的水平已高于廣西。明代后期人均田地面積廣東不僅遠(yuǎn)超過廣西,并超過全國(guó)平均水平。清代廣東人口和田地?cái)?shù)大致為廣西的一倍,但廣西田地開墾數(shù)有較大的增長(zhǎng),且田地增長(zhǎng)的比例要高于廣東。
[Abstract]:Guangxi, Guangdong in ancient times belong to the Lingnan region, the geographical environment is similar, but the population development has different trajectory, the difference of population development on the social and economic development is also obvious. Before the Tang Dynasty, Guangdong and Canton are among the most sparsely populated areas in the country, with little difference in population size or density. In the Song Dynasty, the population of the two countries remained roughly at the same level. However, the trend of population development in Guangdong is higher than that in Guangxi. In Ming Dynasty, the development of population in Guangdong and Guangxi has shown the difference of grade. In Qing Dynasty, the gap of population development between Guangdong and Guangdong has expanded to two times or more. The development of population is closely related to the reclamation of fields. In the Song Dynasty, the land reclamation level in Guangdong was higher than that in Guangxi. In the late Ming Dynasty, the per capita land area of Guangdong not only exceeded that of Guangxi, but also exceeded the national average. In the Qing Dynasty, the population and the number of fields in Guangdong were roughly twice as large as those in Guangxi. However, the number of farmland reclamation in Guangxi has a large increase, and the proportion of field growth is higher than that in Guangdong.
