【摘要】：本文以1911——1928年間福建郵政的發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象，綜合運(yùn)用歷史學(xué)、地理學(xué)、郵政學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科的有關(guān)理論和方法，詳細(xì)論述了這一歷史時(shí)期本省郵政發(fā)展過(guò)程、取得的成就，分析了它與另外兩種通信機(jī)構(gòu)——客郵和民信局的關(guān)系，并深入探討了它不斷發(fā)展的原因，歸納了本省郵政發(fā)展存在的局限性，以便為今日郵政發(fā)展提供歷史的鑒戒。 本文認(rèn)為：1911——1928年間福建郵政的發(fā)展歷程是福建郵政史上也是中國(guó)近代郵政史上非常重要的一個(gè)歷史發(fā)展階段，在中國(guó)郵政近代化過(guò)程中具有特殊的地位。經(jīng)歷了清末的收回利權(quán)運(yùn)動(dòng)和辛亥革命，中國(guó)的郵政在朝著統(tǒng)一、自主發(fā)展方面又向前邁進(jìn)了一大步：脫離了海關(guān)后的福建郵政在性質(zhì)上屬于官郵，既受地方政府管轄，也受中國(guó)中央政府郵政機(jī)構(gòu)的垂直管理。此時(shí)的福建郵政在許多方面都取得了重要成就，不僅規(guī)模擴(kuò)大了，，通信效能也提高了；不僅打擊排擠了封建小生產(chǎn)性質(zhì)的民局，而且在抵制外國(guó)客郵入侵方面也發(fā)揮了重要作用。其發(fā)展的原因主要得益于先進(jìn)的郵政人事制度和福建地方政府對(duì)郵政的保護(hù)。但是這時(shí)期的福建郵政發(fā)展還存在歷史的局限性，使其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展受到制約。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development of Fujian Post from 1911 to 1928 as the research object, comprehensive use of history, geography, postal science, statistics and other disciplines related theories and methods. This paper discusses in detail the development process and achievements of this province's postal service in this historical period, analyzes its relationship with the other two kinds of communication organization--passenger Post and people's Information Bureau, and probes into the reasons for its continuous development. The limitations of postal development in this province are summarized in order to provide historical warning for today's postal development. This paper holds that the development of Fujian Post from 1911 to 1928 is a very important historical development stage in the history of Fujian postal service as well as in the history of modern Chinese postal service. China Post has a special position in the process of modernization. After the late Qing Dynasty and the Revolution of 1911, China's postal service is moving towards unification. In terms of independent development, we have made a big step forward: after leaving the customs, Fujian Post belongs to the official post in nature and is subject to the jurisdiction of the local government. At this time Fujian Post has made important achievements in many aspects, not only the scale has been expanded, but also the communication efficiency has been improved. It was not only the people's Bureau which had squeezed out the feudal small-scale production. The reasons for its development are mainly due to the advanced postal personnel system and the protection of the local government in Fujian. However, the development of Fujian postal service in this period still exists. Limitations in history. Restrict its further development.
