【摘要】： 本文以近代廈門的社會救濟(jì)事業(yè)發(fā)展為研究對象,運(yùn)用歷史學(xué)、社會學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論和方法,多層次、多角度地解讀近代以來廈門的社會救濟(jì)情況,并對廈門近代救濟(jì)事業(yè)的特點(diǎn)作一探討。 本文思路及框架如下: 第一章導(dǎo)論。主要是對本文的研究課題進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)史回顧。并對相關(guān)概念做一個簡單的界定。 第二章近代廈門社會救濟(jì)的區(qū)域環(huán)境。考察近代廈門社會救濟(jì)進(jìn)行的區(qū)域環(huán)境,正是這種獨(dú)特的區(qū)域環(huán)境塑造了近代廈門社會救濟(jì)的獨(dú)特性。 第三章廈門社會救濟(jì)的概況。從傳統(tǒng)慈善組織的近代演化,及西方傳教士、華僑、政府他們所舉行的社會救濟(jì)活動等方面,敘述近代廈門的社會救濟(jì)情況。這些救濟(jì)活動構(gòu)成了近代廈門社會救濟(jì)的完整畫面。 第四章個案分析(一):廈門市益同人公會。本章以益同人公會為個案,通過介紹它的成立狀況、宗旨、施善舉措、組織、經(jīng)費(fèi)來源及與政府的關(guān)系等方面,來考察民間公益組織在社會救濟(jì)中的作用及其所處的地位。 第五章個案分析(二):”中興”輪慘案的善后救濟(jì)活動。通過對”中興”輪慘案的善后救濟(jì)這一具體事件的敘述,來觀察民國后期廈門社會救濟(jì)的具體運(yùn)作。 第六章結(jié)語。概括了近代廈門社會救濟(jì)的特點(diǎn)。指出:近代廈門的社會救濟(jì)事業(yè)除了共性的從傳統(tǒng)向近代的演化這一特點(diǎn)外,還具有其獨(dú)特性,那就是商人和華僑在社會救濟(jì)中的突出作用。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the development of modern Xiamen's social relief cause as the research object, using the theories and methods of history, sociology and other disciplines to interpret the situation of modern Xiamen's social relief from different levels and angles. The characteristics of modern relief in Xiamen are also discussed. The ideas and framework of this paper are as follows: The first chapter is an introduction. It mainly reviews the academic history of the research topic of this paper and makes a simple definition of the related concepts. The second chapter is the regional environment of modern Xiamen social relief. It is this unique regional environment that shapes the uniqueness of modern Xiamen social relief. The third chapter is about the general situation of social relief in Xiamen, from the modern evolution of traditional charitable organizations, and the western missionaries, overseas Chinese, the government held social relief activities and so on. This paper narrates the situation of modern Xiamen's social relief, which constitutes a complete picture of modern Xiamen's social relief. Chapter 4th case Analysis (part one: Xiamen YiTong Guild. This chapter introduces its establishment, purpose, charity, organization, source of funds and the relationship with the government, etc. To examine the role of civil welfare organizations in social relief and its position. Chapter 5th case Analysis (II): the relief activities of the "ZTE" tragedy. Through the "ZTE" round tragedy of the aftermath of the relief of this specific event. To observe the later period of the Republic of China Xiamen social relief operation. The conclusion of chapter 6th summarizes the characteristics of modern Xiamen's social relief. It points out that the cause of modern Xiamen's social relief has its uniqueness in addition to the common character of its evolution from tradition to modern times. That is the prominent role of businessmen and overseas Chinese in social relief.
