【摘要】：年鑒作為一種優(yōu)勢獨具的地情信息載體,受到社會各界廣泛關(guān)注,尤其是地方綜合年鑒作為大型公報性的資料工具書,它的權(quán)威性、全覆蓋性、完整性和時效性,成為它的一個重要特征。地方綜合年鑒,既要堅持正確的指導(dǎo)思想,又要注重內(nèi)容的豐富充實,不但要追求體例的完善和表現(xiàn)形式和諧統(tǒng)一,還要積極探索,大膽創(chuàng)新,發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢,辦出特色。近年來,《山西年鑒》編纂工作堅持以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),以創(chuàng)新思路、著力特色、打造品牌為工作思路,不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,取得較好成績。文章結(jié)合編纂《山西年鑒》的實踐提出一些思考:一是把握地方綜合年鑒的特征,創(chuàng)新年鑒發(fā)展思路;二是突出全面性和時效性,著力體現(xiàn)年鑒特色;三是以提高質(zhì)量為主旨,著力打造年鑒品牌。其中,重點圍繞創(chuàng)新思路、縮短周期、增強(qiáng)年鑒為現(xiàn)實服務(wù)的功能方面開展了一系列工作,如健全管理制度、強(qiáng)化合作觀念、實行市場運作、發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢、創(chuàng)新出版形式等。
[Abstract]:Yearbook as a unique advantage of the information carrier of the situation, has been widely concerned by all walks of life, especially the local comprehensive yearbook as a large bulletin reference book, its authority, full coverage. Integrity and timeliness become an important feature of it. The local comprehensive yearbook should not only adhere to the correct guiding ideology, but also pay attention to the enrichment of content, not only to pursue the style of perfection and form of expression harmonious unity. In recent years, the compilation of Shanxi Yearbook adhere to the scientific concept of development as a guide, to innovative ideas, focus on characteristics, and create brand as the work idea. According to the practice of compiling Shanxi Yearbook, this paper puts forward some thoughts: first, we should grasp the characteristics of local comprehensive yearbooks and innovate the development ideas of yearbooks; The second is to highlight the comprehensiveness and timeliness, and focus on the characteristics of the yearbook; The third is to improve the quality of the brand, focusing on innovative ideas, shorten the cycle, enhance the yearbook for the reality of the function of a series of work, such as sound management system. Strengthen the concept of cooperation, implement market operation, give play to network advantages, and innovate publishing forms.
