文章摘要：在新的國際形勢下,我們提出＂一帶一路＂的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)于維護(hù)中國政治安全有著極大的政治意義。它的最高政治目標(biāo),說得通俗點(diǎn),就是讓我們的朋友多多的,讓我們的敵人少少的,為我們的國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)造一個(gè)良好的外交環(huán)境。在歷史長河中,只有持中道的人,才能為別人留有余地;只有為別人考慮的人,才能廣交朋友。今天中國發(fā)展了,我們的姿態(tài)要因此放低一點(diǎn)。友誼第一,利潤第二,財(cái)大不可氣粗,要汲取歷史上俄國在中東鐵路和德國在巴格達(dá)鐵路上越幫越忙、交友不成反為仇的教訓(xùn);深入體會(huì)和總結(jié)毛澤東＂坦贊鐵路＂將中國和非洲人民友誼聯(lián)結(jié)迄今的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),用絲綢之路連起中國與世界、尤其是與第三世界的友誼,再造＂我們的朋友遍天下＂的大好環(huán)境,中國就可以行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn),為中國和世界的社會(huì)主義前途贏得明天的榮光。

Abstr：In the new international environment, meaning for protecting China＇s political security the ＂One Belt One Road＂ strategy has a substantial political Its highest political aim is to make fewer enemies while making more friends and building a better diplomatic environment for development. Only a man who embodies the mid- dle course could leave space for others, and only a considerate man could make many friends. Today, China has been developing, and we must keep our status low. Friendship is more important than profits, and wealth does not necessarily lead to bold temper. We must learn the lesson from the troublesome and hatred-building e- vents that Russia built the Chinese Eastern Railway and Germany built the Berlin-Baghdad Railway and use the two Silk Roads wisely to build friendship with the world and especially the third world. China＇s development path could be steadier and leads to aglorious future of socialism in a more friendly environment.
