文章摘要：通過分析我國現(xiàn)有科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的模式現(xiàn)狀及相關問題,提出了新環(huán)境下新型科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)模式構(gòu)建與選擇所應當遵循的原則。認為,我國傳統(tǒng)采用的政府主導型科技園比較適用于科技園建設初期,發(fā)展一段時間后應當逐步加強大學、研究機構(gòu)和企業(yè)在其中的作用,使得政產(chǎn)學研得到有機結(jié)合。＂一帶一路＂背景下,科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設應遵綜合考慮地理位置、亞洲新金融秩序和外交政策三個方面的因素,進行全面分析;還要加強國際合作、重視軟實力、支持西部省份、加強網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)新、重視人才激勵。

Abstr：This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the existing science and Technology Industrial Park in China, and puts forward the principles to construct and select the new science and Technology Industrial Park in the new environment. In this paper, it is believed that China＇s traditional use of government oriented science and technology park is applicable in the early construction of garden of science and technology, develop to a period of time should be gradually strengthened in universities, research institutions and enterprises in the role of the political research combined organically. ＇~Along the way＂ background, the construction of science and Technology Industrial Park should take into account the geo- graphical position, the new Asian financial order and foreign policy three aspects of the factors, a comprehensive analysis. We should also strengthen international cooperation, pay attention to the soft power, support the western provinces, strengthen the network innovation, pay attention to the talent incentive.
