The Fruition of the Removal Ideology in the United States’ I

本文主要以美國(guó)建國(guó)初期到十九世紀(jì)三十年代印第安政策作為背景,針對(duì)美國(guó)南方諸州在這些政策演變中角色及其作用,特別是遷移危機(jī)前后這些州與南方切羅基部落多個(gè)司法訴訟及案例中所處的角色來分析,從而說明這一過程在美國(guó)歷史上處理印第安問題參考依據(jù)的演變和影響——也就是白人對(duì)印遷移思想體系的形成和勝利,得出印第安人苦難的根源。有異于傳統(tǒng)史學(xué)觀點(diǎn)的研究側(cè)重點(diǎn),本文從美國(guó)的地方政府,南方諸州權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)、司法機(jī)構(gòu)與印第安人之間的關(guān)系的變化和發(fā)展來闡述這一相互關(guān)系對(duì)聯(lián)邦政府、最高法院制定決策的作用和影響,從而說明白人遷移政策思想體系的流行和勝利。
