【摘要】：20世紀(jì)40年代初,英國對戰(zhàn)后世界經(jīng)濟體系的主要方面——金融與貿(mào)易機制進行了規(guī)劃,提出國際清算同盟和國際貿(mào)易同盟方案。英國從它戰(zhàn)后將面臨的嚴(yán)重經(jīng)濟困難出發(fā),欲在世界范圍內(nèi)推動重建、發(fā)展貿(mào)易,建立對英國有利的世界經(jīng)濟格局。其實質(zhì)是在實力不濟的情況下,繼續(xù)維護英國在世界經(jīng)濟體系中的中心地位,降低或平衡美國對世界的影響。英國此舉深刻影響了戰(zhàn)后世界經(jīng)濟體系的面貌。
[Abstract]:In the early 1940s, the UK planned the major aspects of the postwar world economic system, the financial and trade mechanism, and proposed the international clearing alliance and the international trade alliance. From the serious economic difficulties it will face after the war, the UK wants to promote reconstruction, develop trade and build a world economic pattern that is favorable for the United Kingdom. Its essence is to continue to maintain Britain's central position in the world economic system and to reduce or balance the influence of the United States on the world. The British move had a profound impact on the postwar world economic system.
