【摘要】：袁世凱作為駐朝商務(wù)委員,在1887-1891年期間,秉承清政府的旨意,全力處理"樸定陽(yáng)事件"及由此引起的中朝兩國(guó)的外交糾紛。但隨著對(duì)朝交涉的失利與對(duì)時(shí)局認(rèn)識(shí)的深入,從1890年,袁世凱一改此前的強(qiáng)硬做法,用和緩的辦法,對(duì)說(shuō)的策略,艱難地履行著自己的職責(zé),從而為中朝兩國(guó)在"樸定陽(yáng)事件"上的體面收?qǐng)鲣亯|了基礎(chǔ)。史實(shí)說(shuō)明,史學(xué)界對(duì)袁世凱駐朝期間的評(píng)價(jià)并不客觀、公允。
[Abstract]:Yuan Shikai, as a commercial commissioner stationed in North Korea, in 1887-1891, adhering to the will of the Qing government, tried his best to deal with the "Park Dingyang incident" and the diplomatic disputes between China and North Korea. However, with the failure of the negotiations with the DPRK and the deepening of the understanding of the current situation, since 1890, Yuan Shikai changed his previous tough approach, adopted a conciliatory approach, spoke of the strategy, and struggled to perform his duties, thus laying the foundation for the decent end of the "Park Dingyang incident" between China and the DPRK. Historical facts show that Yuan Shikai's evaluation of Yuan Shikai's stay in the DPRK is not objective and fair.
