【摘要】： 在16世紀以前,區(qū)域性的特產(chǎn)對地區(qū)文化起著巨大的作用。葡萄酒就是古希臘的區(qū)域性特產(chǎn),它與橄欖油、陶制品,構(gòu)成了雅典城邦的三大經(jīng)濟特產(chǎn)。葡萄酒在古希臘是日常生活普遍的飲品,古希臘人非常喜歡葡萄酒,酒與希臘古老的文明緊緊相連。在古希臘雅典城邦發(fā)展的歷史過程中,葡萄酒對城邦生活的多方面起著重要的作用。 本文主要從三個方面探討葡萄酒與希臘雅典城邦發(fā)展過程的關(guān)系: 其一,在宗教信仰上,葡萄酒作為獨特的祭品,不僅有特定的宗教及祭儀節(jié)慶,而且在其他宗教祭祀上,也是不可缺少的祭祀用品。深刻影響著古雅典城邦公民的宗教生活。 其二,在經(jīng)濟生活層面,葡萄的種植、收獲和釀造,是雅典城邦農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分。葡萄酒的商業(yè)貿(mào)易促進了古典時代雅典工商業(yè)的發(fā)展。葡萄酒的生產(chǎn)與貿(mào)易在雅典城邦的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中舉足輕重。 其三,葡萄酒作為城邦民眾日常生活的飲品,有著獨特的飲宴時俗。隨著雅典民主政治的發(fā)展,工商業(yè)經(jīng)濟的繁榮,葡萄的種植面積和產(chǎn)量增加,葡萄酒也從開始主要由貴族飲用,逐漸廣及普通公民。葡萄酒不僅僅是貴族的奢侈品。在民主政治的發(fā)展中,依托于公共空間,雅典公民及異邦自由人,時飲時宴,談論時政,交流思想。在雅典的民主政治和社會交際中,可謂是一種獨特的文化載體。 總之,葡萄酒在城邦宗教生活中,是一種獨特的祭品。種植、收獲葡萄、釀造葡萄酒的農(nóng)事活動,同樣是一種神圣的宗教行為。同時,葡萄酒作為一種商品,葡萄酒與陶制品、橄欖油,是雅典城邦的三大經(jīng)濟特產(chǎn)。作為日常飲品,葡萄酒從貴族生活的奢侈品,逐漸走入平民生活,是古代雅典城邦民主政治發(fā)展的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Before the 16 th century, regional specialties played a great role in regional culture. Wine is the regional specialty of ancient Greece, which, together with olive oil and pottery, constitutes the three major economic specialties of Athens city-state. Wine is a common drink in ancient Greece. Ancient Greeks like wine very much. Wine is closely related to the ancient Greek civilization. In the historical process of the development of Athens city-state in ancient Greece, wine played an important role in many aspects of city-state life. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between wine and the development process of Greek Athens city-states from three aspects: first, wine, as a unique sacrifice in religious belief, not only has a specific religion and festival, but also is an indispensable sacrifice in other religions. It deeply influenced the religious life of the ancient Athenian city-state citizens. Second, at the level of economic life, grape planting, harvesting and brewing is an important part of the Athenian city-state agricultural economy. The commercial trade of wine promoted the development of Athenian industry and commerce in the classical era. Wine production and trade play an important role in the economic development of Athens city-states. Third, wine, as a drink in the daily life of the city-state people, has a unique banquet customs. With the development of Athenian democracy and the prosperity of industrial and commercial economy, the planting area and yield of grapes have increased, and wine has been drank mainly by aristocrats from the beginning, gradually expanding as well as ordinary citizens. Wine is more than just an aristocratic luxury. In the development of democratic politics, relying on public space, Athenian citizens and foreign free people, drinking banquets, talking about current politics and exchanging ideas. In Athens' democratic politics and social communication, it can be described as a unique cultural carrier. In a word, wine is a unique sacrifice in the religious life of the city-state. The farming of growing, harvesting grapes and brewing wine is also a sacred religious act. At the same time, wine, as a commodity, wine and pottery, olive oil, is the three major economic specialties of Athens city-state. As a daily drink, wine gradually came into civilian life from the luxury of aristocratic life, which was the result of the democratic politics of ancient Athens city-state.
