《薩利克法典》“神話”與十六七世紀(jì)法國排斥女性的政治文化傳統(tǒng)

【摘要】：法國歷史上從未出現(xiàn)過女王,這一特殊現(xiàn)象與《薩利克法典》密切相關(guān)。這部誕生于公元6世紀(jì)的民事法典在14世紀(jì)的法國被重現(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),用以對(duì)抗百年戰(zhàn)爭中英國對(duì)法國王位的主張以及國內(nèi)的分裂勢力。經(jīng)過幾代學(xué)者的重新編撰和闡釋,該法典在16世紀(jì)成為排斥女性繼承法國王位的王國基本法。法國最高權(quán)力舞臺(tái)上不斷出現(xiàn)女性角色,這引起思想界從性別的角度去思考不同性別的社會(huì)角色與職責(zé)。政治事件的偶然性與國家政治制度的討論、性別觀念的長期醞釀相結(jié)合,《薩利克法典》被推上神壇,這恰與法國政治文化中反對(duì)女性涉足政壇的強(qiáng)大傳統(tǒng)理論化的過程不謀而合。在中央集權(quán)國家逐漸崛起與強(qiáng)大的歷史階段,法國女性的政治空間日漸被壓縮,性別史的演進(jìn)深受政治史的影響。
[Abstract]:There has never been a queen in French history, a special phenomenon closely related to the Salik Code. The civil code, which was born in the 6th century AD, was rediscovered in France in the 14th century to counter Britain's claim to the French throne and its separatist forces during the centenary war. After several generations of scholars recompiled and interpreted, the code became the basic law of the kingdom that excluded women from inheriting the French throne in the 16 th century. The female roles continue to appear on the stage of supreme power in France, which causes the ideological circles to think about the social roles and responsibilities of different genders from the perspective of gender. Combining the contingency of political events with the discussion of the national political system and the long-term brewing of gender concepts, the Salik Code was pushed to the altar. This coincides with the process of French political culture against the strong traditional theorization of women's involvement in politics. In the historical stage of the gradual rise and strength of centralized countries, the political space of French women is increasingly compressed, and the evolution of sexual history is deeply influenced by political history.
