【摘要】： 被釋奴隸的大量存在是古代羅馬奴隸制的一個重要特點(diǎn)。被釋奴隸幾乎貫穿于整個古羅馬時期,尤其在共和末期和帝國初期以后,被釋奴隸階層活躍在社會的各個領(lǐng)域,并對羅馬社會的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。 正文從以下三個部分進(jìn)行了具體的論述。 第一部分具體論述了被釋奴隸的產(chǎn)生問題。在對被釋奴隸的含義做了較為詳細(xì)的闡述以后,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、軍事等多個角度分析了羅馬被釋奴隸產(chǎn)生的原因。然后重點(diǎn)論述了被釋奴隸產(chǎn)生的四種方式。本部分最后論證了奴隸獲釋的條件和障礙,指出獲得贖買自由的金錢、對國家或奴隸主忠誠都是奴隸獲得釋放的條件,而奴隸主釋放奴隸的動機(jī)和奴隸主以及奴隸的年齡問題都會成為奴隸獲釋的障礙。 第二部分闡述了被釋奴隸階層的發(fā)展概況。這主要分為三個階段:第一,共和國時期是羅馬被釋奴隸階層的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展時期;第二,帝國前期是被釋奴隸階層不斷壯大的時期,這主要表現(xiàn)在其數(shù)量的急劇增加和在社會各領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用上;第三,帝國中后期是被釋奴隸階層的演變時期,主要講述了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)部門的被釋奴隸向隸農(nóng)的轉(zhuǎn)化問題。 第三部分主要論述了羅馬被釋奴隸的地位和作用。這一部分首先從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和社會法律三個方面分析了羅馬被釋奴隸所處的地位,然后分別闡述了被釋奴隸在古羅馬國家發(fā)展和社會形態(tài)演變中的作用。
[Abstract]:The mass existence of freed slaves was an important feature of ancient Roman slavery. The freed slaves were almost throughout the ancient Roman period, especially in the late Republican period and the beginning of the Empire, the freed slaves were active in all fields of society, and had an important impact on the development of Roman society. The text is discussed from the following three parts. The first part discusses the emergence of the freed slaves. After a detailed explanation of the meaning of the released slaves, this paper analyzes the causes of the origin of the released slaves in Rome from the angles of economy, politics and military affairs. Then it focuses on the four ways in which the freed slaves are produced. Finally, this part demonstrates the conditions and obstacles for the release of slaves, and points out that the freedom to buy money and loyalty to the state or slave owners are conditions for the release of slaves. The motivation of the slave owners to release the slaves and the age of the slaves will be obstacles to the release of the slaves. The second part describes the development of the freed slave class. This is mainly divided into three stages: first, the period of the Republic is the period of steady development of the freed slaves in Rome; Second, the pre-imperial period was the period when the freed slave class grew up, which was mainly manifested in the rapid increase of its number and its wide application in various fields of society; Thirdly, the middle and late period of empire is the evolution period of the released slave class, which mainly talks about the transformation from the released slaves in the agricultural production sector to the peasants in the province. The third part mainly discusses the status and function of the freed slaves in Rome. This part first analyzes the position of the freed slaves in Rome from the aspects of economy, politics and social law, and then expounds the role of the freed slaves in the development of the ancient Roman country and the evolution of the social form.
