【摘要】： 1931年3月,美國亞拉巴馬州斯考茲博羅鎮(zhèn),九名黑人青年(最年幼的僅13歲)被控奸污兩名白人婦女,經(jīng)非法審訊,其中八人被判處電刑。在美國共產(chǎn)黨的參與和推動下,此案逐漸真相大白。全國和國際上都掀起了營救“斯考茲博羅青年”的斗爭。1937年,九名黑人中的四個無罪釋放,另外四個被判長期監(jiān)禁。這也就是轟動了整個30年代的斯考茲博羅案。 本文意在對這樁著名的種族誣陷案的來龍去脈做一敘述。并著重分析了美國共產(chǎn)黨和其附屬組織——國際勞工保衛(wèi)聯(lián)盟在此案各個階段中的表現(xiàn)。美共與全國有色人種協(xié)進(jìn)會在早期階段為爭奪案件辯護(hù)權(quán)而進(jìn)行了激烈的斗爭,美共取得勝利。接著,國際勞工保衛(wèi)聯(lián)盟成功地將此案兩次向聯(lián)邦最高法院上訴。正是美共的不懈努力,使得斯考茲博羅案件有了不一樣的結(jié)局。最后,在斯考茲博羅案和美國共產(chǎn)黨的關(guān)系問題上,筆者認(rèn)為這兩者在30年代相互影響:一方面,斯考茲博羅案件影響了美國共產(chǎn)黨在30年代的發(fā)展以及其與黑人的關(guān)系;另一方面,美共涉入此案也深刻地影響了此案的進(jìn)程與結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In March 1931, nine black youths, the youngest only 13, were charged with rape and two white women, and eight of them were sentenced to electric punishment, in the town of Skozboo, Alabama. The case is becoming more and more white with the participation and promotion of the American Communist Party. The national and international struggle to rescue the "Skozboo Youth". In 1937, four of the nine black people were acquitted and four were sentenced to long-term imprisonment. That's the whole 30-year-old scoz-boo case. The purpose of this paper is to do a job of the famous racial false accusation.
