石原莞爾的“不擴(kuò)大”思想

【摘要】： 石原莞爾作為“九·一八”事變的主要策劃者,卻在戰(zhàn)后被免于追究戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)責(zé)任,這主要?dú)w因于石原莞爾的“不擴(kuò)大”思想及其與東條英機(jī)的矛盾紛爭(zhēng)。但是,在中外史學(xué)界,關(guān)于石原莞爾的“不擴(kuò)大”思想,不僅在評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上存在著或忽視或過(guò)高評(píng)價(jià)的兩極悖論,而且在論述其特征與實(shí)質(zhì)方面也缺乏系統(tǒng)性。因此,對(duì)石原莞爾及其“不擴(kuò)大”思想的研究具有重要的理論及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本論文將依托中外學(xué)界的既有研究成果,通過(guò)史論結(jié)合和分析比較等方法,對(duì)石原莞爾的“不擴(kuò)大”思想及其與東條英機(jī)在戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略上的尖銳沖突,進(jìn)行深入論述和分析,力圖全面客觀地揭示石原莞爾“不擴(kuò)大”思想的顯著特征及其實(shí)質(zhì)。 1935年“華北事變”后,石原莞爾基于其整體戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想以及內(nèi)外形勢(shì)的巨大變化,逐步提出了暫緩侵華、集中全力建設(shè)“滿(mǎn)洲國(guó)”和“北進(jìn)”等主張,極力反對(duì)日本在此時(shí)冒進(jìn)擴(kuò)大侵華,被認(rèn)為是屬于“不擴(kuò)大”思想。一方面,石原莞爾的“不擴(kuò)大”思想是以北進(jìn)蘇聯(lián)、控制中國(guó)和征服世界為最終目標(biāo)的,具有從屬于日本對(duì)外擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略的侵略本質(zhì);另一方面,石原莞爾的積蓄國(guó)力、暫緩侵華等主張,不僅表現(xiàn)出了與東條英機(jī)等“擴(kuò)大派”在漸進(jìn)性與策略性上的區(qū)別,同時(shí)還體現(xiàn)了其“不擴(kuò)大”思想中所隱含的一些更為深刻的算路。 因此,筆者通過(guò)分析,得出這樣一個(gè)結(jié)論:石原莞爾的“不擴(kuò)大”思想,有其自身更為隱蔽的考慮,明顯帶有策略性因素。石原莞爾雖然同東條英機(jī)在戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略上存在尖銳沖突,但他的這種隱蔽性戰(zhàn)略思想一旦付諸實(shí)施,其禍害程度可能和東條英機(jī)的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施是同樣危險(xiǎn)的。所以,同東條英機(jī)的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略比較,石原莞爾的“不擴(kuò)大”思想由于具有最終要征服世界的侵略意圖,以及在擴(kuò)張方式上存在的漸進(jìn)、策略的隱蔽手段,故而二者在侵略實(shí)質(zhì)上的險(xiǎn)惡程度是難分高下的。
[Abstract]:As the main mastermind of the September 18th incident, Ishihara was exempted from the responsibility of the war after the war, which was mainly attributed to the idea of "not expanding" and its conflict with Tojo. However, in the field of history at home and abroad, the idea of "not expanding" about Shi Yuan's smile is not only a bipolar paradox in the evaluation criteria, but also a lack of systematicness in discussing its characteristics and substance. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study Ishihara's thought of "not enlarging". This paper will rely on the existing research results of Chinese and foreign academic circles, through historical theory combination and analysis and comparison and other methods, this paper will deeply discuss and analyze Shi Yuan's idea of "not expanding" and its sharp conflict with Tojo's war strategy. This paper tries to reveal comprehensively and objectively the salient features and essence of Shi Yuan's thought of "not enlarging". After the "North China incident" in 1935, Shi Yuan smiled, on the basis of his overall strategic concept and the tremendous changes in the internal and external situation, gradually put forward the propositions of postponing the invasion of China and concentrating on the construction of the "Manchukuo" and "northward advance". Strongly opposed to Japan's aggressive invasion of China at this time, is considered to belong to the idea of "no expansion." On the one hand, Ishihara's idea of "not expanding" is the ultimate goal of entering the Soviet Union to the north, controlling China and conquering the world, and has the nature of aggression subordinate to Japan's strategy of external expansion. On the other hand, Shi's propositions of amassing national strength and postponing aggression against China not only show the difference between Shihara and the "expansionists" such as Tojo, in terms of gradual and strategic. At the same time, it also embodies some more profound calculations implied in his thought of "no expansion". Therefore, through the analysis, the author draws a conclusion that Shi Yuan's thought of "not expanding" has its own more hidden considerations and obvious strategic factors. Although there is a sharp conflict with Tojo's war strategy, once his hidden strategic thought is put into practice, the degree of its harm may be as dangerous as the implementation of Tojo's war strategy. Therefore, compared with Tojo's war strategy, Ishihara's idea of "not expanding" is due to the aggressive intention of eventually conquering the world, as well as the gradual and tacit means of strategy in the way of expansion. Therefore, the two in the nature of aggression is difficult to distinguish the degree of evil.
