【摘要】：本文試圖分析新中國成立初期中國援越抗法這段歷史，總結(jié)美國因素對中國做出援越抗法決策、實施援越抗法行動的影響，以及中國的應(yīng)對措施。文章主要分為以下三個部分： 第一部分:中美對抗與中國決策援越抗法。該部分主要介紹新中國成立后美國對中國采取敵視政策，奠定了中美對抗的基調(diào)。而美國在越南支持法國人打殖民戰(zhàn)爭，越南又前來向中國求援。對中國而言，，無論是從現(xiàn)實安全利益出發(fā)，還是從意識形態(tài)角度考慮，都不得不警惕美國的威脅�？梢哉f，美國是推動中國做出援越抗法決策的一個隱性因素。 第二部分:中國援越抗法過程中的中美間接較量。該部分主要論述在援越抗法過程中美國因素對中國援越行動的影響。針對美國援助法國的步驟，中國采取了相應(yīng)的措施，特別是在奠邊府戰(zhàn)役中，中美之間可以說展開了一場間接的較量。針對美國直接軍事干涉的叫囂和實質(zhì)性的軍事物資援助，中國在軍事上、物質(zhì)上給予越南充分的援助，保證了奠邊府戰(zhàn)役的順利開展和最終勝利，也為越南以有力的姿態(tài)參加日內(nèi)瓦會議創(chuàng)造了條件。 第三部分:日內(nèi)瓦會議上中國就解決印度支那問題對美國的認識及對策。在整個日內(nèi)瓦會議中，美國表現(xiàn)出一臉的不情愿，并意圖使印度支那問題國際化，阻止越南人民取得民族解放運動的勝利。針對美國對日內(nèi)瓦會議的種種破壞性活動，中國為參加日內(nèi)瓦會議做了精心的準(zhǔn)備，并采取了一系列的戰(zhàn)略對策，為推動和平解決印度支那問題做出巨大貢獻。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to analyze the history of China's aid to Vietnam in the early days of the founding of New China, and to summarize the influence of American factors on China's decision to aid Vietnam and Vietnam to resist the law, and the impact of the implementation of the action of aiding Vietnam against the law, as well as the countermeasures taken by China. The article is divided into the following three parts: the first part: Chinese-American confrontation and Chinese decision-making aid-Vietnam resistance. This part mainly introduces the hostile policy adopted by the United States towards China after the founding of New China, which sets the tone of the confrontation between China and the United States. In Vietnam, the United States supported the French in the colonial war, and Vietnam came to China for help. For China, both in terms of real security interests and ideological considerations, it has to be wary of the threat from the United States. It can be said that the United States is a hidden factor to push China to make the decision to help Vietnam resist the law. The second part: the indirect contest between China and the United States in the process of Chinese aid to Vietnam. This part mainly discusses the influence of American factors on China's aid to Vietnam in the process of aiding Vietnam. In response to the steps taken by the United States to aid France, China has taken corresponding measures, especially in the Battle of Dianbian Fu, in which China and the United States can be said to have engaged in an indirect contest. In response to the clamour for direct military intervention by the United States and substantial military material assistance, China has given Vietnam sufficient military and material assistance to ensure the smooth development and final victory of the Battle of Dianbianfu. It also created conditions for Vietnam to take part in the Geneva conference in a strong manner. The third part: China's understanding and countermeasures to solve the Indochina problem in Geneva. Throughout the Geneva conference, the United States showed reluctance and intent to internationalize the Indochina issue and prevent the Vietnamese people from winning the national liberation movement. In view of the various destructive activities of the United States to the Geneva Conference, China has made careful preparations for its participation in the Geneva Conference and adopted a series of strategic countermeasures, which have made great contributions to the promotion of a peaceful solution to the Indochina issue.
