【摘要】：波河是意大利最長的河流,也是對現(xiàn)代社會影響最大的河流,有人稱之為"國家之河"。波河流域是意大利的主要工農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū),也是世界上最肥沃的農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)。歐洲河流治理的科學(xué)發(fā)端于波河之畔,它既是水利工程的搖籃,也是提供美食的最佳河谷。波河所傳遞的強(qiáng)大的地域特色在更普遍的意義上激發(fā)了大量的電影和文學(xué)作品創(chuàng)作。在文化方面,波河已經(jīng)成為意大利的母親河,它引發(fā)了聚合感情、尊重、焦慮、恐懼、憤怒等各種元素的情感反應(yīng)。波河兼具正義與邪惡力量的雙重身份,有"意大利的尼德蘭之稱"的風(fēng)險規(guī)避和危機(jī)適應(yīng)的兩種文化。河流的張力展示人類權(quán)威對非人類自然界控制的有限性以及人類的技術(shù)實力和破壞流域景觀的能力。
[Abstract]:The Poe River is the longest river in Italy and has the greatest influence on modern society. The Poe River Basin is Italy's main industrial and agricultural area, and the world's most fertile agricultural region. The science of river governance in Europe originated on the banks of the Bo River, the cradle of water conservancy projects and the best valley to provide good food. The strong regional characteristics transmitted by Bohe inspired a large number of films and literary works in a more general sense. In terms of culture, the Poe has become the mother river of Italy, triggering emotional reactions of elements such as emotion, respect, anxiety, fear, anger, etc. The Poe has the dual identity of the power of justice and evil, and has two cultures of risk aversion and crisis adaptation. The tension of rivers shows the limitation of human authority over non-human nature, the technical strength of human beings and the ability to destroy watershed landscape.
