【摘要】： 軍事關(guān)系是戰(zhàn)后日美關(guān)系的重要內(nèi)容。伴隨著國(guó)際形勢(shì)的變化和日美兩國(guó)對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整,日美軍事關(guān)系在各個(gè)時(shí)期呈現(xiàn)出不同的特點(diǎn)。到了中曾根內(nèi)閣時(shí)期,日美軍事關(guān)系開始出現(xiàn)質(zhì)的飛躍。中曾根內(nèi)閣通過(guò)一系列的承諾與實(shí)際行動(dòng),加強(qiáng)與美國(guó)的軍事合作,使得日美軍事一體化進(jìn)程大大加快。 本論文一共分三部分來(lái)分析中曾根內(nèi)閣時(shí)期的日美軍事關(guān)系。 第一部分主要是對(duì)戰(zhàn)后以來(lái)特別是大平、鈴木內(nèi)閣時(shí)期日美兩國(guó)的軍事關(guān)系進(jìn)行了回顧,從而為研究中曾根內(nèi)閣時(shí)期的日美軍事關(guān)系做鋪墊。 第二部分重點(diǎn)論述了中曾根內(nèi)閣時(shí)期的日美軍事關(guān)系。這一部分首先分析了中曾根內(nèi)閣的對(duì)美軍事政策及其成因。從成因上看,國(guó)際形勢(shì)的變化、日本實(shí)力的增強(qiáng)、對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整、執(zhí)政者中曾根的個(gè)人性格以及兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的影響,所有這些因素共同促成了中曾根政權(quán)對(duì)美軍事政策的形成。這些軍事政策落實(shí)在行動(dòng)上主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾方面:加強(qiáng)兩國(guó)間的軍事技術(shù)合作;進(jìn)一步開展聯(lián)合演習(xí);日本突破軍費(fèi)不超過(guò)國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值1%的限制;加強(qiáng)聯(lián)合作戰(zhàn)研究和配合美軍部署可攜帶核武器的戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)等方面。然而日美在軍事領(lǐng)域還存在著摩擦,其中比較典型的就是“東芝事件”。不過(guò),相比較而言,雙方軍事關(guān)系的主流仍然是合作。 第三部分總結(jié)概括了中曾根內(nèi)閣時(shí)期日美軍事關(guān)系的特點(diǎn),主要有三方面:日本在軍事同盟中的主動(dòng)性增強(qiáng);日美軍事同盟關(guān)系得到實(shí)質(zhì)性提升;軍事技術(shù)合作是這一時(shí)期日美軍事關(guān)系的重要內(nèi)容。 最后,筆者得出以下幾個(gè)結(jié)論:第一,國(guó)際環(huán)境的變化為日美軍事關(guān)系的加強(qiáng)提供了新的契機(jī)。第二,日美實(shí)力的變化引起了兩國(guó)軍事關(guān)系的調(diào)整。第三,國(guó)家利益的一致性是日美強(qiáng)化軍事關(guān)系的動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:Military relations are an important part of the postwar relations between Japan and the United States. With the changes of the international situation and the adjustment of the foreign strategy of Japan and the United States, the military relations between Japan and the United States show different characteristics in different periods. By the time of Nakasone's cabinet, Japan-US military relations began to make a qualitative leap. Through a series of promises and practical actions, Nakasone's cabinet strengthened military cooperation with the United States, which greatly accelerated the process of Japan-US military integration. This thesis is divided into three parts to analyze the military relations between Japan and the United States during the period of Nakasone Cabinet. The first part mainly reviews the military relations between Japan and the United States during the period of Suzuki Cabinet especially Daping after the war so as to pave the way for the study of the military relations between Japan and the United States during the period of Nakasone's Cabinet. The second part focuses on the military relations between Japan and the United States during the period of Nakasone Cabinet. This part first analyzes the military policy of Nakasone Cabinet and its causes. From the perspective of the causes, the changes in the international situation, the strengthening of Japan's strength, the readjustment of its foreign strategy, the personal character of its leader, Nakasone, and the impact of the economic relations between the two countries, All these factors contributed to the formation of the Nakasone regime's military policy towards the United States. The implementation of these military policies is mainly reflected in the following aspects: strengthening military and technical cooperation between the two countries; carrying out further joint exercises; Strengthen joint combat research and cooperate with the US military in deploying fighter planes capable of carrying nuclear weapons. However, there are still frictions between Japan and the United States in the military field, typical of which is Toshiba incident. By comparison, however, the mainstream of military relations between the two sides remains cooperation. The third part summarizes the characteristics of Japan-US military relations during the Nakasone Cabinet period, mainly in three aspects: Japan's initiative in the military alliance, Japan-US military alliance relationship has been substantially improved; Military technical cooperation is an important content of the military relations between Japan and the United States in this period. Finally, the author draws the following conclusions: first, the change of the international environment provides a new opportunity for the strengthening of military relations between Japan and the United States. Second, the change of Japanese and American strength caused the adjustment of military relations between the two countries. Third, the unity of national interests is the driving force for strengthening military relations between Japan and the United States.
