【摘要】： 1962年爆發(fā)的古巴導(dǎo)彈危機(jī)，第一次把人類置于核毀滅的邊緣。國內(nèi)外關(guān)于這場危機(jī)的研究很多，主要集中在：美國在“眼對眼”博弈中獲得勝利的原因和影響；蘇聯(lián)妥協(xié)的原因和影響；蘇聯(lián)選擇在古巴設(shè)置導(dǎo)彈基地的原因；危機(jī)管理理論的論述等。研究視角多局限在蘇美兩個當(dāng)事國身上，而關(guān)于英國等非當(dāng)事國對這場危機(jī)的反應(yīng)的論述很少。 本文運(yùn)用歷史學(xué)和國際關(guān)系理論的研究方法，試從論述英國對古巴導(dǎo)彈危機(jī)的反應(yīng)和管理，得出英國采取這種對策的原因，以及這種對策產(chǎn)生的影響，并論述其借鑒意義。 全文分為四個部分： 第一章，闡述英國對古巴導(dǎo)彈危機(jī)的反應(yīng)，分為兩節(jié)，第一，論述英國民眾對古巴導(dǎo)彈危機(jī)的反應(yīng)；第二，英國政府對古巴導(dǎo)彈危機(jī)的應(yīng)對。論述英國從對蘇伊士運(yùn)河危機(jī)的思考中，重新定位英帝國，消弭了英美在那場危機(jī)中的分歧，重新邁入“英美特殊關(guān)系”的蜜月期。在古巴導(dǎo)彈危機(jī)中，英國政府與美國保持緊密合作和一致，并發(fā)揮著自己獨特的作用。 第二章，論述英國政府對古巴導(dǎo)彈危機(jī)如此反應(yīng)的原因。主要包括：第一，英帝國對自身的重新定位，對外政策的轉(zhuǎn)變；第二，英美特殊關(guān)系得以修復(fù)和發(fā)展；第三，英國國內(nèi)和平主義的呼聲；第四，意識形態(tài)原因及對蘇聯(lián)威脅的擔(dān)憂；第五，國際關(guān)系危機(jī)管理理論的分析。 第三章，評價英國對古巴導(dǎo)彈危機(jī)的處理，主要論述英國在這場危機(jī)中的得失，及對以后英國對外政策的影響。 第四章，通過研究這一課題，總結(jié)第三方對國際危機(jī)的反應(yīng)的經(jīng)驗，，并指出對中國外交的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The Cuban missile crisis in 1962, for the first time, put humanity on the brink of nuclear destruction. There are many researches on the crisis at home and abroad, mainly focusing on: the reason and influence of American victory in the "eye to eye" game, the reason and influence of Soviet compromise, the reason why the Soviet Union chose to set up missile base in Cuba; The theory of crisis management. The perspective of the research is limited to the two countries concerned with the Soviet Union and the United States, but there is little discussion about the response of the non-parties such as Britain to the crisis. By using the research methods of history and international relations theory, this paper tries to discuss the British response and management to the Cuban missile crisis, and draw the reasons for the British to adopt this kind of countermeasure, and the influence of this kind of countermeasure, and discuss its reference significance. The full text is divided into four parts: the first chapter describes the British response to the Cuban missile crisis, divided into two sections, first, discusses the British people's response to the Cuban missile crisis; Second, the British government's response to the Cuban missile crisis. From the thinking of the Suez Canal crisis, Britain repositioned the British Empire, eliminated the differences between the United States and Britain in that crisis, and re-entered the honeymoon period of "the special relationship between Britain and the United States". In the Cuban missile crisis, the British government and the United States to maintain close cooperation and unity, and play a unique role. The second chapter discusses the British government's response to the Cuban missile crisis. The main contents are as follows: first, the British Empire repositioned itself and changed its foreign policy; second, the special relationship between Britain and the United States was repaired and developed; third, the voice of British domestic pacifism; Fourth, ideological causes and concerns about the Soviet threat; fifth, the analysis of crisis management theory in international relations. In the third chapter, the author evaluates Britain's handling of the Cuban missile crisis, mainly discusses the gains and losses of Britain in this crisis and its influence on British foreign policy in the future. Chapter four, through studying this subject, summarizes the experience of the third party's response to the international crisis, and points out the reference to China's diplomacy.
