【摘要】：一般以為,日本發(fā)展核電站是由于能源匱乏,而福島核事故則源于安全管理的疏失。但事實(shí)上,戰(zhàn)后日本保守政治以"無(wú)核戰(zhàn)敗論"取代對(duì)軍國(guó)主義戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)錯(cuò)誤的反省,其所謂"科學(xué)立國(guó)"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略?xún)?nèi)涵的核國(guó)家主義欲望,乃核災(zāi)難歷史邏輯的原點(diǎn)。美國(guó)情報(bào)組織利用日本精英階層的"核科學(xué)"崇拜,籠絡(luò)主宰讀賣(mài)新聞集團(tuán)的正力松太郎和青年議員中曾根康弘;他們分別掀起"和平利用"宣傳運(yùn)動(dòng)和操縱國(guó)會(huì)通過(guò)"原子能預(yù)算案",日本的核欲望被美國(guó)"和平核技術(shù)"擴(kuò)散戰(zhàn)略塑造成了"核電站"的物質(zhì)形態(tài)。而隨著核電的產(chǎn)業(yè)化,處于優(yōu)勢(shì)政治地位而唯利是圖的官商勾結(jié)規(guī)律控制了可以收買(mǎi)、隱瞞、偽裝、虛構(gòu)的"科學(xué)"安全話(huà)語(yǔ),最終導(dǎo)致福島核事故。這是高技術(shù)文化帝國(guó)對(duì)依附性國(guó)家的信息戰(zhàn)勝利,而失敗國(guó)家的教訓(xùn)則在于核國(guó)家主義權(quán)貴集團(tuán)對(duì)國(guó)民不負(fù)責(zé)任的謊言政治。
[Abstract]:Japan is thought to have developed nuclear power plants because of a lack of energy, while the Fukushima accident was due to a lack of safety management. But in fact, after the war, Japan's conservative politics replaced the wrong introspection of the militaristic war with the "non-nuclear defeat theory", and its so-called "scientific nation-building" strategic connotation of nuclear nationalism is the origin of the historical logic of nuclear disaster. The American intelligence organization uses the "nuclear science" worship of the Japanese elite to win over the Yomiuri Shimbun and young congressman Nakasone Yasuhiro, who dominates the Yomiuri News Corporation. They launched a "peaceful use" propaganda campaign and manipulated Congress to pass the "Atomic Energy Budget." Japan's nuclear desire was shaped into a "nuclear power plant" material form by the United States'"peaceful nuclear technology" proliferation strategy. With the industrialization of nuclear power, the law of government-commercial collusion, which is in an advantageous political position, controls the "scientific" safety discourse that can be bought, concealed, disguised and fabricated, and ultimately leads to the Fukushima nuclear accident. This is the victory of the information war of the high-tech cultural empire against the dependent state, but the lesson of the failed state lies in the false politics of the nuclear nationalism power group irresponsibility to the people.
