【摘要】： 第一次世界大戰(zhàn)后,凡爾賽體系建立起來。在該體系下,存在著兩個(gè)特殊的國家——戰(zhàn)敗的德國和新建的蘇俄,他們都是歐洲外交舞臺(tái)上的“異類”,卻正因?yàn)橥∠鄳z,而惺惺相惜。于是,在戰(zhàn)后第一個(gè)十年中,德蘇之間出現(xiàn)了一種以德國為主導(dǎo)、微妙變化的平衡外交游戲。這個(gè)游戲,不僅關(guān)涉德蘇,更形成了20年代歐洲外交的一個(gè)重要線索。 20世紀(jì)20年代的德國外交為擺脫束縛、重振國家而努力,20世紀(jì)20年代的蘇聯(lián)外交為突破封鎖、穩(wěn)固政權(quán)而努力。兩國的外交往來,就在雙方國家利益的博弈中進(jìn)退。然而,人們對(duì)于20世紀(jì)20年代的德蘇關(guān)系,往往簡(jiǎn)單地以“拉巴洛時(shí)代”或者“拉巴洛合作”一筆帶過�？墒鞘聦�(shí)上,這長(zhǎng)達(dá)十年的德蘇關(guān)系,是無法如此簡(jiǎn)略論述的,其中存在著很多波折與變化。此外,20世紀(jì)20年代,是兩戰(zhàn)期間德蘇關(guān)系開啟和德蘇兩國重建的重要階段。此時(shí)的德蘇關(guān)系,對(duì)于日后30年代兩國及兩國間關(guān)系的走向有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響,同時(shí)也是考察兩戰(zhàn)期間國際關(guān)系以及第二次世界大戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)原因的重要背景。綜合國內(nèi)外關(guān)于20世紀(jì)20年代德蘇關(guān)系的研究狀況,本文意以兩次“平衡游戲”定義這一時(shí)期德蘇關(guān)系發(fā)展的曲線,并在這一定義之下,詳細(xì)和系統(tǒng)論證德蘇外交博弈的具體表現(xiàn),以期形成對(duì)20世紀(jì)20年代德蘇關(guān)系的一個(gè)全面認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:After World War I, the Versailles system was established. Under the system, there are two special countries-the defeated Germany and the new Soviet Russia, both of which are "exotic" in the European diplomatic arena, but which are pitied for the same illness. Thus, in the first decade after the war, Germany and Soviet Union emerged as a Germany-led, subtle change in the balance of diplomacy. This game, not only concerned with Germany and Soviet Union, but also formed an important clue of European diplomacy in the 20 s. German diplomacy in the 1920s worked hard to get rid of the shackles and revive the country, while Soviet diplomacy in the 1920s worked hard to break through the blockade and stabilize the regime. The diplomatic exchanges between the two countries advance and retreat in the game of national interests of both sides. However, the German-Soviet relations in the 1920s were often simply referred to as "Laballo era" or "Laballo Cooperation". But in fact, this ten-year-long German-Soviet relationship, which has a lot of twists and turns. In addition, the 1920s was an important stage in German-Soviet relations and reconstruction. The relationship between Germany and the Soviet Union had a profound influence on the trend of the relations between the two countries in the 1930s and also was an important background for the investigation of the international relations during the two wars and the cause of the outbreak of the second World War. Synthesizing the research situation of German and Soviet relations at home and abroad in the 1920s, this paper intends to define the curve of the development of German and Soviet relations in this period with two "balanced games", and under this definition, In order to form a comprehensive understanding of the relations between Germany and the Soviet Union in the 1920s, the detailed and systematic demonstration of the diplomatic game between Germany and the Soviet Union was made.
