【摘要】： 二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束至今已有60多年,圍繞日本戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)責(zé)任和歷史認(rèn)識(shí)的問(wèn)題在不斷升溫,變得越來(lái)越棘手。戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)責(zé)任和歷史認(rèn)識(shí)問(wèn)題是影響中日關(guān)系,乃至日本同亞洲諸國(guó)關(guān)系的一大障礙。日本當(dāng)局戰(zhàn)敗后的垂頭喪氣與如今日益囂張的政治氣焰判若兩人,從“一億總懺悔”到越來(lái)越強(qiáng)硬的“大東亞戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)觀”,中間經(jīng)歷了怎樣的變化,到底是什么樣的原因促成了這樣的變化,這些值得包括中國(guó)在內(nèi)的亞洲國(guó)家深思。應(yīng)結(jié)合國(guó)際背景深入剖析日本政界的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)史觀的演變過(guò)程,才能做出合理的解釋。本文認(rèn)為:在不同國(guó)際背景下,保守和右翼勢(shì)力在日本政界的影響力很大程度上決定了日本政界的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)史觀的反動(dòng)和右傾程度,促成了戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)史觀的演變,所以本文擬通過(guò)以國(guó)際背景和執(zhí)政主流勢(shì)力作為復(fù)合線索,將戰(zhàn)后日本政界戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)史觀的演變過(guò)程分為四個(gè)階段進(jìn)行闡釋,并力求從全方位、多角度客觀分析造成這種演變的原因。希望通過(guò)本文的梳理和原因探析能讓讀者對(duì)日本政界戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)史觀演變過(guò)程及發(fā)展脈絡(luò)有更清楚的了解,并能為關(guān)注日本戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)史觀問(wèn)題者提供一點(diǎn)有益的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:More than 60 years have passed since the end of World War II. War responsibility and historical understanding are an obstacle to Sino-Japanese relations and even Japan's relations with Asian countries. The frustration of the Japanese authorities after the defeat of the war is different from the increasingly arrogant political arrogance, from "100 million total confessions" to the increasingly tough "Great East Asian War concept", what changes have taken place in the middle? What causes such a change is worth pondering by Asian countries, including China. In order to make a reasonable explanation, we should deeply analyze the evolution process of Japanese political view of history of war according to the international background. This paper holds that, in different international backgrounds, the influence of conservative and right-wing forces in Japanese politics to a great extent determines the reactionary and right-leaning degree of the historical view of war in Japanese politics, and contributes to the evolution of the concept of history of war. Therefore, this paper intends to use the international background and the ruling mainstream forces as the composite clue to explain the evolution process of the postwar Japanese political history of war into four stages, and strive to make an all-around effort from all aspects. The causes of this evolution are analyzed objectively from many angles. It is hoped that through the analysis of this paper, readers can have a clearer understanding of the evolution process and development of the Japanese political concept of war history, and can provide some useful inspiration for those who pay close attention to the issue of Japanese war history view.
