【摘要】：美國對(duì)新銀行團(tuán)的政策經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段的演變:初期積極促成新銀行團(tuán)的組建并且堅(jiān)持對(duì)中國相對(duì)有利的主張;中期在對(duì)新銀行團(tuán)的政策上不再強(qiáng)硬;后期逐漸將新銀行團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樘幚頄|亞事務(wù)的工具。這一系列政策的形成與演變是與美國在東亞的整體外交政策相契合的,而日本、美國財(cái)團(tuán)和中國三方也在這一過程中產(chǎn)生了重要影響。
[Abstract]:The policy of the United States towards the new banking group has undergone three stages: to actively promote the formation of the new banking group and to insist on a relatively favorable position for China in the initial period, not to be tough on the policy towards the new banking group in the medium term; In the late years, the new banking group was gradually transformed into a tool for dealing with East Asian affairs. The formation and evolution of this series of policies coincided with the overall foreign policy of the United States in East Asia, and the three parties of Japan, American consortium and China also had an important influence in the process.
