【摘要】：1066年,猶太人隨著諾曼征服從歐洲大陸移居英國,開始了猶太人在中世紀(jì)英國的短暫歷史。然而在1290年,英王愛德華一世宣布在全國范圍內(nèi)驅(qū)逐猶太人。本文主要對這一事件的原因進(jìn)行探析。全文除引言和結(jié)語外,正文分為三章。第一章論述國王與驅(qū)猶政策的形成。由于國王和猶太人之間的特殊關(guān)系,國王的政策是1290年英國驅(qū)猶事件發(fā)生的直接原因。愛德華一世對猶政策分兩個階段。他之所以在1290年實行驅(qū)猶政策,可從歷史因素、成長環(huán)境因素、政策延續(xù)性因素三方面分析:歷代國王對猶政策及其對愛德華一世的影響,是造成國王1290年驅(qū)逐猶太人的歷史因素;從愛德華一世的成長環(huán)境,可分析其家庭環(huán)境對國王對猶政策的影響,這是造成國王1290年驅(qū)逐猶太人的家庭因素;而愛德華一世統(tǒng)治前期在加斯科尼的對猶政策、以及1275年的愛德華試驗失敗,致使國王于1290年最終采取驅(qū)逐猶太人政策。第二章論述社會環(huán)境與驅(qū)猶政策的形成。英國社會環(huán)境對猶太人的不利,加速了國王政策的實施,這是1290年驅(qū)猶事件發(fā)生的重要原因。本章分別闡述了教會和社會大眾的對猶態(tài)度,從宗教和大眾兩個方面分析1290年驅(qū)猶事件發(fā)生的社會環(huán)境。第三章論述猶太人與驅(qū)猶政策的形成。猶太人本身存在基礎(chǔ)的脆弱是1290年驅(qū)猶事件發(fā)生的根本原因。猶太人社會地位特殊,客觀上造成社會對其更加排斥;經(jīng)濟(jì)上猶太人難以獲得土地,無法融入行會,不能與其他商人平等競爭,造成其存在的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)脆弱。猶太人主要從事的貨幣借貸行為,這固然能使猶太人獲得豐厚的收益,但貨幣借貸并不為社會主流接受,難以從根木上改變其存在基礎(chǔ)脆弱的局面;而且猶太人的借貸能力逐漸削弱,國王對其的利用價值降低。國王在財政上有了新的依靠力量后,終將猶太人拋棄。
[Abstract]:In 1066, Jews emigrated from continental Europe to England with the Norman Conquest, beginning their brief history in medieval England. In 1290, however, King Edward I announced the expulsion of Jews throughout the country. This article mainly analyzes the cause of this incident. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses the king and the formation of the policy of exorcism. Because of the special relationship between the king and the Jews, the king's policy was the direct cause of the English exorcism in 1290. Edward I's policy towards Judah is divided into two stages. The reason why he carried out the policy of exorcism in 1290 can be analyzed from three aspects: the historical factor, the growing environment factor, the policy continuity factor: the successive kings' policy towards Judah and its influence on Edward I. It is the historical factor that caused the king's expulsion of Jews in 1290, and the influence of his family environment on the king's policy towards Judah can be analyzed from the perspective of Edward I's growing up environment, which is the family factor that caused the king's expulsion of Jews in 1290. The policy of Judaism in Gaskoni during the early period of Edward I and the failure of Edward experiment in 1275 resulted in the king's policy of expelling Jews in 1290. The second chapter discusses the social environment and the formation of the policy of exorcism. The disadvantage of the English social environment to the Jews accelerated the implementation of the king's policy, which was an important reason for the exorcism in 1290. This chapter expounds the attitude of the church and the general public to Jude, and analyzes the social environment of the exorcism in 1290 from two aspects of religion and the masses. The third chapter discusses Jewish and the formation of the policy of exorcism. The basic frailty of Jewish existence was the root cause of the exorcism in 1290. The social status of Jews is special, which objectively makes them more excluded; economically, Jews are difficult to obtain land, can not be integrated into guild, can not compete with other businessmen on an equal footing, resulting in the weak economic foundation of their existence. Jews mainly engage in money lending behavior, which can make Jews obtain rich profits, but the money lending is not accepted by the mainstream of society, and it is difficult to change the fragile situation of its existence foundation from the root wood. And the Jewish borrowing capacity gradually weakened, the King's use of its value reduced. When the king had a new financial strength, the Jews would abandon him.
